@MTNzaService And yet I'm unable to take out a contract or port the number to another network. How about someone updates the ticket that was logged weeks ago or respond to [email protected]?
@StandardBankZA I don't know why Standard Bank thinks calling a call centre every time my card doesn't work (which is multiple times per month) is an acceptable solution.
@Magda_Wierzycka What about the mountains of paperwork required to open a bank, loan or investment account? Where do all these pieces of paper with all our information go?
@troyhunt This is infuriating, especially considering they're forcing South African companies to hand over even more personal information of owners, directors and beneficiaries.
@svpino My 13 year old son's Youtube channel was suspended without warning or explanation. This is bad enough but the bigger issue is that he's no longer allowed to watch Youtube Premium with his account, which I pay for.
