Triangle BallHandling 1v1
This drill is part of our LIVE CONDITIONING SERIES. We want our ball handling to be live against defenders. This drill forces players to see where the open space is (1 of the 2 available cones) and then take that space.
It is also a great drill for defense and challenging players to turn the offense once.
Play for 1 Minute, each cone touch is 1 point.

"You don't decide what win championships.
You decide if you'll do what it takes to win championships." -Jeff Janseen @janssenleader
Do you have the WILL to win?
The only thing a coach cares about is your -ability:
-coachABILITY
-reliABILITY
-crediBILITY
-accountABILITY
-responsiBILITY
-adaptABILITY
-dependABILITY
-respectABILITY
-availABILITY
You have the ABILITY to control all of these ABILITIES.
True competitive advantage lies not in your actions, but in the relentless standards you demand of yourself while taking them.
The difference is rarely developed from what you do and often created from how you do it.
