BREAKING: You checked the weather this morning.
And you just told a surveillance company where you sleep.
Meet #Webloc, used by ICE, cops & foreign govs to track 500m+ phones.

Our latest @citizenlab investigation + how to protect yourself 🧵/1
🚨🚨🚨Are government groups still censoring free speech?
I was asked by a client to investigate issues related to censorship - particularly on X. @elonmusk has done a great job of bringing transparency and free speech to X but there’s always someone looking to misuse the platform.
The latest tool is the misuse of lists. Based on my investigation, a number of public (foreign and domestic governments and NGOs) and private actors are creating lists on X. Some of the lists are public and you can look at them, others are private and you do not know you are on them.
The lists make sure that people know when you post and then, when you say something they don’t like, they report your account or spam you with negative comments. Both actions severely reduce your reach or visibility.
These same actors are doing frequently doing this with fake, bot, or throw away accounts. This allows them to avoid being noticed and flagged and makes it very hard for X to deal with them.
Pick any controversial issue and it may be happening. This abuse of the platform is wildly unacceptable and an outright attack on the free speech Elon Musk is trying to promote. We need help from @Support and anyone else that can on this profoundly damaging issue.
🚨 Someone compiled every "build it from scratch" tutorial on the internet into one place.
It's called build-your-own-x and it's the most starred repo in GitHub history.
466,000 stars. More than React. More than TensorFlow. More than any tool ever built.
And it's not code. It's a curated collection of step-by-step tutorials that teach you how to rebuild the technologies you use every day. From scratch.
Richard Feynman said: "What I cannot create, I do not understand."
That's the entire philosophy.
Here's what's inside:
→ Build your own Database from B+Trees to a full Redis clone
→ Build your own Docker containers in 500 lines of C
→ Build your own Git finally understand what a commit actually is
→ Build your own Neural Network not import tensorflow, real backpropagation from scratch
→ Build your own Operating System write a kernel in C
→ Build your own Programming Language interpreters, compilers, garbage collection
→ Build your own 3D Renderer ray tracing, pixel by pixel
→ Build your own Web Server, Web Browser, Search Engine, Shell, Regex Engine, Game, Blockchain, BitTorrent Client, Physics Engine, and more
Every category has multiple tutorials in multiple languages. C, C++, Python, Go, Rust, JavaScript, Java, Ruby, Haskell, TypeScript, and more.
Here's the part most people miss:
This isn't a beginner resource. This is the most advanced learning material that exists for software engineers. Because rebuilding something from scratch forces you to confront every design decision the original creators made.
You can't skip anything. You can't hide behind a library.
In the age of AI-generated code, this is the knowledge that becomes MORE valuable, not less. AI can import libraries. AI cannot replace an engineer who understands WHY systems work the way they do.
466K stars. 43.7K forks. Every tutorial is free. No paywalls. No sign-ups.
The best way to learn how something works is to build it yourself.
100% free. 100% Open Source.

🔎 OSINT Tool: Manage Full Investigations with a Free OSINT CRM
Most people collect OSINT data in notes, spreadsheets, or random tabs but once the investigation grows, everything becomes messy fast 😅
This is why using a proper OSINT CRM can completely change how you work
One of my favorite tools for organizing investigations is a free OSINT CRM called GHOST 🕵️♂️
Instead of just finding emails, phones, or social accounts, you can centralize everything in one place 📂
With this tool, you can:
📌 Store targets, identities, and entities
📊 Analyze relationships and connections
🧠 Keep context instead of losing clues
Real-life OSINT example 👇
When investigating a suspicious profile, I collect usernames, emails, domains, and social links, then map how everything connects inside the CRM 🔗
This makes pattern detection much easier especially in long investigations or team work.
It feels like a professional intelligence platform but completely FREE and easy to use 💻📱
