@kmr_dilip You’ve highlighted exactly the reasons we operate and continue to improve https://t.co/bnsXXuXKuy. I’m a family physician and dogged about continuity of care and multi- doctor consults where needed. Else gaps, bandaid approaches - the usual.
https://t.co/U1W4atd9kN. For most people eating better is about planning better. Raw seasonal fruits and vegetables or non fried home made snacks are a better choice, even the humble roasted chana.
@kmr_dilip Telemedicine does not replace in person, but it is the 4 the space of medicine (hospital, clinic, home). Calls are high quality video and timely access is many times a higher priority .
@kmr_dilip To my delight we are reaching far corners of the country, small towns w poor access. Doctors experience and credentials displayed for trust building. Google rating also. People do jugaad, mother on speaker phone, son links in on video from elsewhere
@kmr_dilip Chronic care is where Telemedicine works very well. Providing easy access and nudges to those w diabetes, Obesity or even depression. Patients want continuity, family on the call w no distractions, vulnerable not waiting in crowded hospitals.
@kmr_dilip Great thread thanks. I am the physician founder of https://t.co/EerhWrvKO5 we’re doggedly addressing the concerns you mention. We curate the doctors we onboard, we monitor process, feedback and get back to both patients and doctors to ensure quality.
@Spotify it’s taken me almost 2 hours, and no success to retrieve my old account just because I changed a phone! And I paid you for a year. Will again.
Gutted to read what happened to this young fellow physician in the (what used to be)” “sanctity of a medical college, response of the authorities in handling covering up and the bullying and attacking of protestors. A black 15th August. #rgkarmedicalcollege#MamataBanerjee
It’s not easy to plead for your child’s death. But we have no choice because his pain and suffering are endless-say elderly parents

Happy birthday @RahulGandhi . Here are 3 ideas for Birthday 2025 :
1. Pre birthday celebrations, coz pre events are the thing. Give the coolers out by April. Pre your birthday. Pre the heatwave.
2. Pre-pre birthday celebrations coz pre celebrations come in twos. Get additional roofing w a gap on these metal dwellings for better all season thermal comfort. Leave a gap. Try thick cloth supported by poles. Cool Roofs are a thing. By March. Pre the coolers.
3. Post birthday, (because why let the celebrations run out? ) get the water access to shelter home dwellers fixed so they have water to fill into their coolers and to bathe and cook and wash and consume.
Social media has become an important contributor to our #YouthMentalHealth crisis. We are in the middle of an emergency, and it’s essential that Congress act with speed and urgency. The health and well-being of our kids is at stake. Read more: https://t.co/AR0VOfcjoF 2/2
A small editorial but a massive issue, although everyone is affected by health or the lack of - up and down the ladder of Primary, secondary and tertiary prevention and care, it does does not occupy the place in public discourse it deserves.
In India, the right to health or patient rights find mention in unenforceable charters or ambiguous legislation. Instead of vague guarantees that are difficult to verify, commitments should be time-bound and have measurable outcome targets.

@RemaNagarajan I use this to educate my patients - do they want to contribute to the 3 corners of this happy triangle? Big Food, Big Pharma & Big Medicine or get back control of their food & lifestyle
@RemaNagarajan Doesn’t require much intelligence to put two and two together when you look at the list. Pharma, environments, more and eventually us and the generations to follow are the losers.
