Really disappointed to turn up fur the 1430 car ferry from E Cowes to find it doesn't exist and I've been rebooked onto the 1600. No notification SMS or email or even on twitter. I know stuff happens sometimes but this is really poor!

I actually thought this was a comedy joke when I first read it, but no, apparently this really is what our health secretary thinks is happening in primary care. It would be funny if it wasn't so bloody tragic.
