If you face toxicity/harrasment in college/workplace, here is what you can do
1. Collect evidence - Visual, written, audio, witnesses that support your claim
2. Stop attending college once you have enough basis to prove harassment
3. Find criminal lwayer (Google - Criminal lawyer near me)
4. Identify criminal charges that that apply and file FIR
5. Approach college management with lawyer and tell them FIR is filed and whether they would like to take any action against the toxicity or not bother. If latter then proceed legally
6. No bond applies in a case of fraud/criminal offence. Bonds are signed with a condition to provide knowledge, training and degree. But the setting provided is not conducive and dangerous to life then the basic terms of the bond are breached and any lawyer will be able to invalidate this. You cannot be forced to endanger your life for a bond.
7. Restart - Take same course in another college or explore another area of interest. This is not the end.
8. Don't let this go on till a point oy becomes a clinical disorder like adjustment disorder or Depression where chemical imbalances prevent you from seeing things rationally. Always tell someone what you are going through so that they can do something about it even if you cannot.
I am always there for you.
