@armyemdoc@JTraumAcuteSurg Patient first: Resuscitation before intubation is key and there are a lot of ways to manage an airway prior to intubation. Bottom line: we can’t lose sight of the patient’s main problem, which in this case is life-threatening hemorrhage.
