If really concerned about the tibial tunnel fixation in the original tunnel, I would put the bone block in the tibia and go suspensory on femur.

This ⬇️ after repair, and though an #ACL graft alone would also ⬇️, you wonder if long term not best to rely on all players to ⬇️ this, not only graft.

The answer to me lies in classifying ramp lesions specifically and comparing each tear type. Sounds like we may have another #collaboration?
