- Thymectomy was an effective treatment for autoimmune encephalitis in a patient w/ thymoma and positive CRMP-5 and AMPAR antibodies + SARS-CoV2 infection
- Further studies of the molecular mechanisms of SARS-CoV2-induced secondary autoimmunity are warranted!
