I was foolish to switch to Phonepe POS machine service. Will definately discuss in my fraternity

So I was given a POS machine & told it was free. Only first month particular amount transaction is needed. Over a year now, since patients are not using cards, rental Rs 471 is levied. PER MONTH. And no SMS for deduction. No calls warning about the rent

I am facing issue with return. I requested return within a few hours of receiving the item. However the pickup person arrived much later than in the slot alloted. As that time the hospital was closed, return could not be completed and he did not come in evening too.
