Dysafferentation can be intrinsic or extrinsic. Intrinsic in stress patterns in the nervous system, extrinsic in artificial stressors that are beyond normal physiological adaptation and blinds the body to normal environmental inputs.
When it comes to your health, there are two choices: You can alleviate the symptom or you can elevate function to new levels of life.
In the former, innate is suppressed and nothing is healed or changed.
In the latter, everything is changed.
Melanin and dopamine are the currency of creativity and they are created via UV light in POMC genetics.
Get outside, get “wealthier” creatively.

Sugar isn’t really the problem. The problem is a light density mismatch.
Bananas and pineapples grow near the equator and light is abundant down there, with plenty IR and UV light.
This allows the body to optimally digest the sugars (specifically with a high deuterium count)
When exposed to the Sun, blood vessels move closer to the surface of the skin to absorb UV light.
When eating, blood flow is shunted to the GI tract to absorb UV light emitted from the microbiome.
This is all coordinated by the nervous system!

Coherent structures are the basis for biology.

If you:
A: Have high cholesterol values.
B: Have low vitamin D values.
This may mean that you need more sunshine in your life.
UV light changes cholesterol to be converted in the body to Vit. D.
Statins won’t realign you towards health. That’s directionally inaccurate.
You must go to the roots of biology to address the symptoms of gaining weight.
