It’s not about me creating a setlist. It’s more about there being too many slower, lower-energy songs grouped together early in the show, which killed momentum for a Friday night crowd. Pacing felt uneven. There were long instrumental sections without enough crowd engagement moments. Hardcore fans appreciate the deep cuts but that may have been 1/3 of the audience. I get it’s tough when he has so many songs but this was just not his normal greatness.
