Brian Windhorst says he’s hearing that LeBron signing with a team other than Cleveland is a done deal.
"I'm hearing stuff in other cities too. I'm not gonna say who but I had somebody on the phone with me today that I consider a good source who was swearing it's a done deal in another city,"

@RedNinetyFour Morey was on some pod years ago explaining why it's a really good thing for owners to have direct involvement (assuming they are competent) because, unlike the Gm, their interests for the most part are the most aligned with a fan of the team.
@asoukuptx If we are doing fantasyland - i mean that in a fun way, this is a cool exercise; then the best version might be pass on the trade, do the atlanta deal you described and leverage that return to go get Jared McCain instead of OKC scooping him up.
Costco employees say their breakdown is essentially a convenience store
They have all kinds of snack and drink items, even things like pizza and ice creams. However, it’s not free and employees must pay for what they get
Costco is a $422 billion dollar company and does $269.9 billion dollars in sales a year, yet their employees must pay for chips in the break room…..
Make it make sense
Imagine being a Mavs fan three years ago and a time traveler comes to tell you your team is about to give away a future finals mvp and you're like "omg we're gonna lose Luka?" and the time traveler is like "oh yeah I forgot, you're gonna lose him too".
From the friend group chat:
“Wow. Tech beginning, what could be, the unraveling of college football as a trusted competitive product feels poetic to me somehow. Like JarJar giving Sidious war time powers. The idiot that felled an empire.”
@Doranimated If he's never been able to pick up even a subtle political bias on CBS news before maybe he's in the wrong line of work? He should #LearnToCode or something
@kelatious@grok@HoustonChron@SharylAttkisson I actually think there is a way to use purchases on losing tickets to write down your winnings for tax purposes. So it's a good deal more lucrative if they were able to do that.
