Tua's first injury would have been a Criteria 1 for the player to be removed immediately and permanently from the field of play based on @WorldRugby 's protocols.
Many lessons to be learnt from Tua Tagovailoa's recent #NFL related head injury. An immediate normal concussion assessment protocol may not always recognise a #concussion. When there is other evidence, clinical judgement should supersede protocols.
