Sabah needs doctors but offering permanent posts alone is not enough.
If so many assigned doctors are not taking up their postings, we need to understand why and fix the system around them.
Recruitment without retention will not solve the workforce gap.
Incentives, housing, relocation support and clear career pathways matter.
Would value the perspective from the ground, @BSenagang5990

Healthcare has no colour.
Different backgrounds, one responsibility ; to care for the patient.
This picture says a lot.
Our doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and other frontline colleagues serve every day under pressure, often quietly.
But we must also remember ; they are human too.
They get tired. They carry stress. They worry about their families. Yet they continue to show up for ours.
We should not only thank them when something happens.
We must protect them, support them and stand with them every day.
YB @fahmi_fadzil
Maybe u want to look to TM @TMnetMY . B4 contract ends, cannot terminate but after contract want to terminate hv to pay extra 1 month advance bill then only can terminate . Day time robbery ke? Duit haram and duit tu tak halal.
@GobindSinghDeo@anwaribrahim
Tepat sekali.
Doktor kita tidak kurang patriotisme.
Mereka lahir, belajar, dan berkhidmat di sini.
Yang menghalang mereka kekal —
❌ Sistem kontrak yang tidak menentu
❌ Elaun tidak setimpal pengorbanan
❌ Sistem penjawatan yang adil & telus
❌ Penempatan tidak dihormati
4 tindakan segera diperlukan —
Betulkan SISTEM & DASAR.
Mereka akan kekal. Mereka akan kembali.

Budget 2026: Progress, but key concerns remain.
Encouraging to see RM46.5B for healthcare 👏
Positive moves on permanent posts, on-call allowance & GP fee revision after 17 years & infra.
But the RM10 GP floor, halving of Skim Perubatan Madani (RM100M → RM50M), EPF use for health & DRG plans need careful review for sustainability.
Flu cases are rising ; but this happens seasonally.
Let’s stay calm and take sensible precautions.
🧼 Wash hands
😷 Wear a mask if unwell
🤒 See a doctor if symptoms persist
💉 Vaccinate if you’re in a high-risk group
Simple habits save lives.

🗳️ Tinjauan Elaun On-Call Doktor
Elaun on-call sekarang serendah RM9.16/jam (>10 tahun tak naik).
Patutkah PMX @anwaribrahim & MK2 @DSAmirHamzah sediakan bajet agar @KKMPutrajaya bayar RM25/jam ?
🏥 Kita faham kos kesihatan penting, tapi arahan klien TPA yg paksa ubat generik wajib jelas menunjukkan corak korporat yg hanya utamakan kos semata-mata.
Hak & keselamatan pesakit tak boleh dikompromi.
Kerajaan mesti kawal selia TPA & korporat supaya keputusan rawatan kekal milik doktor & pesakit.

MMA Perak convened its first committee meeting 2025/26 term.
The Chairman outlined his plans for the term, highlighted few key activities. Matters relating to Finance, SCHOMOS & PPS also discussed.
Secretary adjourned the meeting & scheduled next committee meeting on 13/10/2025
🏢 @KKMPutrajaya kata “not our kuasa” regulate TPA, 💰@BNM_official pula lepas tangan.
📑 Banyak kali meeting sampai PEMUDAH , action plan tapi no action.
🩺 Leaders cakap pasal “importance of primary care” tapi reality:
👨⚕️ Doctors lose autonomy
👩🦽 Patients can’t get the best
📉 Commercial decisions dictate.
🪦⁉️Is this the beginning of the end of GP practice in Malaysia?
@anwaribrahim@n_izzah
GPs sudah berulang kali bersuara.
If @KKMPutrajaya can’t handle the private sector, maybe it’s time to outsource. 🙃
MOH @DrDzul must put his foot down — NACCOL has no business in healthcare.
GP consultation fees already a mess… what’s next, run CKAPS? 🩺🛒
Itemised billing? Already in Act 586.
Mandatory prescriptions? Not needed — existing laws already protect patients.
