Yes I know you can’t do anything but I am trying my best to get my luggage back. Thanks for ruining our holiday. Keep breaking trust of customers so that in future they will think thousand times before booking British Airways. I am regretting not booking Emirates (my favorite airlines). Horrible experience. Simply torture is new normal for British Airways.

Thanks for replying, but I need assistance so that I can get my luggage As Fast As Possible bcoz it has been with courier from last three days and today we need to change our location. In that case I won’t be available to receive my luggage.I have contacted courier service with emails and phone calls but got no response. I am expecting British Airways to expedite luggage delivery for my onward journey.

I have already contacted many times to British Airways call center but my problem has not been resolved. Please do assist. I have already given my complaint number. I even tried to contact courier service eCourier air but they are unresponsive. Zero communication. We are here for vacation with family but instead of enjoying our holiday we are waiting for our luggage and we are really disappointed.

We traveled to London from Dubai on 25th of June by British Airways flight but our luggage was not delivered.Then I notified on the same day about missing baggage. My reference number LHRBA31787. I am struggling in London with two children without luggage. It’s causing a lot of stress to me and my children.We are here in London to attend FRCR convocation on 28th of June and my formal clothing are still missing. Today afternoon I got the message that ecourier air has received my three baggage by today evening. But still we have not received any updates about luggage delivery from courier service. We are completely clueless, stressed and frustrated. Me and my children are suffering without any fault of ours. The airline has ruined our trip. Kindly help us out.#BritiAirways #eCourier #RCR

Endless suffering is just going on.
