@RajeshBindal12 I also have a plot in this complex, Jaypee has secured us,10 years have passed, no amenities, no security and no help. I think more than 2000 plots were sold ranging a cost between Rs.28-70 Lac. All this money is with Jaypee Associate and not a single plot was given possession.

Film city , great realestate developments and other realestate plans will only take off once the mess on yamuna expressway is resolved wrt the home buyer in this belt. Realise and help the home buyer, else film city is just hoax n dream for any investor @CMOfficeUP @narendramodi
