خبرگزاری میزان، وابسته به قوه قضاییه جمهوری اسلامی ایران، در گزارشی اعلام کرد در پی رسیدگی‌های قضایی و شکایت‌های متعدد شاکیان خصوصی، برای شماری از اعضا و سران احزاب روژهلات کردستان از جمله پژاک، کومله، حزب دموکرات و پاک احکام قضایی صادر و اعلان قرمز اینترپل برای آنان ثبت شده است.

بر اساس این گزارش، در چارچوب پرونده‌های مرتبط با اتهامات تروریستی و نقض حقوق شهروندان، درخواست‌های استرداد این افراد به کشورهای محل اقامتشان نیز ارسال شده است.

میزان همچنین اعلام کرده است که درخواست‌های همکاری قضایی و استرداد برای برخی کشورها از جمله عراق و چند کشور اروپایی از جمله بلژیک، آلمان، فرانسه و سوئد نیز ارسال شده است.

در این گزارش آمده است اتهامات مطرح‌شده علیه افراد تحت تعقیب شامل مشارکت در اقدامات مسلحانه، سازماندهی عملیات، آدم‌ربایی، شکنجه، قتل، ترور، بمب‌گذاری، گروگان‌گیری و تخریب اموال عمومی و خصوصی عنوان شده است.

بر اساس همین گزارش، دستگاه قضایی ایران پیگیری پرونده‌ها و اجرای درخواست‌های استرداد را در راستای رسیدگی به شکایت‌های شاکیان خصوصی و روند قضایی بین‌المللی دنبال می‌کند.

Heavy Fighting Continues in Sharestan as Military Operation Intensifies

Heavy fighting continued for a second day in the Sharestan (Şarstên) area on the Mahabad–Piranshahr road, as Iranian security forces maintained their military operation against the Eastern Kurdistan Defense Units (YRK), according to local sources.

Reports from the area say the region remains under tight military control, with clashes taking place around Şarstên, Doli Qeleweran, and Mamşal. Local sources claimed that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) fired more than 200 Katyusha rockets from positions near the Valizadeh mine toward the Hewareba area while reconnaissance drones were used to direct artillery strikes. They also claimed that one IRGC surveillance drone was shot down by YRK fighters using a long-range rifle.

Local sources further reported that several IRGC members were killed or wounded during the fighting, although these claims have not been independently verified or confirmed by Iranian authorities. Sources close to YRK also said the intensity of the fighting may have resulted in casualties among its own fighters, with further details expected later.

According to local reports, large numbers of IRGC forces and local pro-government armed units remain deployed across the area, and military operations are still ongoing.
