@mrlevine Is @FordCanada's communication strategy to leave customers in the dark? Awaiting a vehicle due in July and no one is capable of providing the slightest information on status. Well aware of the challenges in the car industry, but this is a failure of customer service.

@toms3dp@home_assistant having used a number of automation platforms, @home_assistant has proven to be the best by far and is rapidly improving. I currently use it as the main automation controller and the brain for other automation platforms.
After @Logitech destroyed the Squeezebox ecosystem, I vowed never to have anything to do with them again. My mistake here for going against my own better judgment. This is clearly a company that does not understand the market.

So, @foodora_ca was 5 minutes late with an order and just sent me a $5 rebate. Uber Eats failed to deliver whatsoever and only notified my 90 minutes after the order. What did @Uber_Support offer? Zilch. Guess which app I will go to first from now on.
