Not only did @Delta and @KLM change seats one day before the flight and assigned bad seats, to top it off their counter agents (esp at Mumbai) talked rudely. Not going to fly these airlines again!

What a horrid experience with @Delta and @KLM for my parents travel between Mumbai and Seattle! We had pre-selected seats and confirmed them multiple times over multiple days with @Delta. They changed them randomly at check-in!

Had it happened with me or at any other time, I wouldn't care so much. But it happened with my parents (both seniors). We had pre-selected seats and got them confirmed (to repeat: MULTIPLE times) because it was important due to medical reasons
