@neil_neilzone Agree with others that @zeninternet are now to be avoided - they are coasting on a historic good reputation. Support slow and unhelpful, eg told me that since I was the only user to spot a peering problem it wasn’t a priority.

Hi @VirginMoney you don’t seem to have implemented confirmation of payee. That’s disappointing. When making a routine transaction you ask me to call a number that I’ve never seen before where the IVR says nothing about being Virgin Money. That’s diasasterous.
