That is… if you read the fine print, this new DOGE department will “provide advice and guidance from outside the government” - glorified consultants. This is a massive nothing-burger, and quasi fake office. New govt agencies require congressional approval; this is a fake office that will be ended “no latter than July 4, 2026”.
