Despite Lyft’s reply you will soon find out that Lyft doesn’t care about its customers. If you engage with them you will be talking to a chat bot and you will get nothing but the run around until you give up. I got scammed by one of their drivers and their solution was to tell me I wouldn’t be matched with that driver again. This was in a city that I am not likely to ever be in again. That was 5 years ago and I have not used Lyft since and I will never use them again.

Lyft customer service is a joke. It is nonexistent. I can tell you what the chat bots solution will be. It will tell you that Lyft will not match with that driver again. That will be the solution even if you are on a city that you are never going to be in again. I am boycotting Lyft because they did nothing when one of their drivers scammed me.

You’ll never be able to talk to a real person. The chat bot will tell you how much you matter to Lyft and then will run you around until you just give up. I got scammed by one of their drivers and the customer service was nonexistent. I will never use Lyft again. Heaven forbid any thing really bad happens to you.

No way Lyft is there for you. Lyft’s customer service is a joke. They could care less about their customer service. They let one of their drivers intentionally scam me. I could prove they scammed me. Tried and tried to get to talk to a real person. Could never get past their chat bot. I have not used Lyft since and I don’t plan on ever using them again. They cost their company at least a 100 times over what I got scammed by their driver. @AskLyft

@xoJahleah @lyft @AskLyft This is a scam that Lyft lets its drivers get away with. Happened to me. Cost me $80. Driver claimed we spilled liquid. We had no liquids at all. Lyft wouldn’t do anything. Total scam. Lyfts customer service is a total joke
