@InnovationChem@NatureCatalysis Cool. I do wish, however, that the title was more informative. Nothing from it or the TOC tells me about the fun conclusion that C13 incorporation during CDR differs substantially from nature or any other findings.
@kclinnin That it takes a lot of practice to become decent. And that a barely-coherent word vomit of a first draft to edit is much much better than a blank page.
#ChatGPT, my friend... Can you keep writing this research grant for another 15 pages?
Jokes aside, imagine what it will be like in 5 years.

The Flaherty group will move to @GTChBE in Summer'23! We're excited to join the excellent community in Atlanta, meet new colleagues, and start collaborations in catalysis and beyond. This will be fun!
I am applying for faculty positions this year and will be at #AICHE2022. Come talk to me about my research ideas!

@donwinslow@SenatorTimScott What is this, 2016? I don't understand the rationale. Lose pretty badly in 2018 and 2020...
"Oh, let's keep the exact same lineup that got us here."
...in addition to the whole sedition thing
@ryanlei_psych I've always thought the "we thank the reviewer..." at every comment was insincere BS. Thank them for their time up front then just address the comments. Otherwise it's fluff that no one actually wants to read.
That said, my first draft of responses usually had many expletives...
My university sent me a pocket sized version of my doctoral degree, is this common? I guess just in case I get pulled over by a cop who needs credible information about the ecological and evolutionary consequences of whole genome duplication
