@British_Airways I cancelled my tickets 8 days ago within 20 mins of purchasing the ticket. Haven’t gotten a refund, no voucher, no confirmation email, can’t get a hold of customer representative or any ticketing agent at an international airport. Been getting the run around!

@British_Airways I can't believe how useless the website and the customer service line is. Unable to cancel tickets online even within 24h, can't reach anyone on the 1 [phone] line and nearly got scammed with another number asking for 450$ for name change. So frustrating!
