Terrible experience @Kimpton No one should stay here. I had my necklace stolen from their safe and very dirty elevators, restrooms and layers of thick dust behind furniture in rooms.

@HMRCcustomers I already have. HMRC are not accepting one of these 3 Gov ID, PW or UTR. I need to speak to someone at HMRC who is familiar with people who file from abroad. Otherwise my only choice is to say I am still in the UK and file on HMRC website. Why should I have to use a 3rd party?

@HMRCcustomers I'm having issues filing my self assessment from abroad. It is not an option on your website to file online if based abroad. Please help as I have tried to use a 3rd party as listed on your website. It has worked for my husband but not for me.

@HMRCcustomers At this rate I'm going to have to complete it online saying I'm in the UK as I'm getting NO support to help me resolve this.

@HMRCcustomers TaxCalc and it worked fine for my husband so I don't want to spend yet more money on another tool that i need to figure out how to use. I must also say your online team seem to have ZERO knowledge of how to support British tax payers abroad. Shall I just pretend I'm in the UK?

@HMRCcustomers Hi Amandine, this isn't very helpful as your chat is a chatbot not a real person. Your telephone line is off till september. I need to speak/chat to an actual person about the payment on demand due in a few days. I believe I overpaid in Jan & want to avoid overpaying again.
