@TicketmasterUK please can you advise me on your customer complaint process? I have tried the customer chat option but my complaint has not been resolved. Thank you.
@CatrionaRennis1 I had this last month, paid SSP for my Covid absence instead of OSP. Turns out when I moved from bank to permanent contract (in the same Trust), they forgot to tick a box. I received an emergency payment within the week. Really hope you manage to get it sorted quickly and easily!
Persistent back pain could be caused by metastatic cancer, multiple myeloma, bacterial discitis, osteoporosis, tuberculosis, spinal cord compression, multiple sclerosis.
But yes, @Keir_Starmer, let’s fix the NHS by binning GPs & their poxy skills at triage. Who needs them?
@TharushaGunawa4 Oh, definitely dinosaur then, 100%! I miss the dinosaur phase, now it’s Minecraft and Pokemon. I still quietly roar but apparently that’s embarrassing.
@TharushaGunawa4 This is my second year using a National Trust family calendar (bought through Waterstones) and I love it! 5 columns and spiral bound so doesn’t hang halfway down the wall. Not read all the comments, so apologies if already suggested!
@Matt_Fletcher18@smugbarstard@albanianstokie@kelvmackenzie Agreed, the private sector isn’t a rosy place to work either (I’ve worked in both). I have no idea where the majority of NHS staff go when they leave - the ex-colleagues I know either emigrated or left the health service all together.
@smugbarstard@albanianstokie@kelvmackenzie Which is part of the problem - staff are leaving, because they are physically and emotionally exhausted from working in an increasingly difficult environment, for a salary that doesn’t pay the bills. Better pay and working conditions = increased staff recruitment and retention.

Thank you for continued courage, sticking your head above the parapet time and time again, fighting for those who have no voice. I can’t imagine what you are having to deal with right now but I hope you have support to get through it. Thank you for being you.
@amateursuman I did jury duty last month.
My few tips are:
Take cash (including coins) for lockers, cafe etc.
Give yourself extra time to get through security (it’s similar to an airport).
Have a wee before you go in to the court room!
Good luck.
