This right here was the turning point in the GOAT debate, and it perfectly sums up the Ronaldo vs. Messi dynamic.

That’s why the narrative surrounding the 2022 World Cup felt so hollow. The overwhelming sentiment, even from the footballing hierarchy, was that Messi "deserved" a World Cup. But nobody deserves anything in sports, especially when what previously held you back wasn't injury, but your own failure on the pitch.

Once the sport decided a player "deserved" a specific outcome, the integrity of the game took a backseat. It all stems from the immense pity his brief, calculated retirement garnered. That moment sent alarm bells ringing across the Messi fanbase, triggering a frantic need to secure his legacy. As much as some people won’t agree, I believe Ronaldo enjoyed playing with players like Nani, Quaresma, and others more than he does with this current set of players. It’s not necessarily because they were better, but because they understood how quickly football should be played.

Bruno, Vitinha, and João Neves are arguably among the best players in their positions on paper, yet they failed to create anything meaningful in 90 minutes. Somehow, Ronaldo ends up being blamed, just moving the ball around and Romancing it.

If it were Haaland, the narrative would be that he lacked service. But when it’s Ronaldo, he’s suddenly the problem. Meanwhile, the guy was making the runs, but the ball simply wasn’t getting to him.

For instance, if we ask how many specific instances of men running away on dates that she has seen with ner eyes, or heard from someone that she personally knows offline, and the answer is likely to be much closer to zero.

Thus, a scenario that has likely not happened to anyone in her circle and statistically will not happen had her reacting in a certain manner.

And this is not even her fault or make her a bad person.

It's simply the effect of being too online.

You don't know it, but you are being drawn into battles you have no business fighting, and then take it home to your partner or family and start misbehaving.

Here's an example, how many times have you thought of your partner coming to your place and doing chores in the last 48 hours?
