@flipkartsupport I did reach out to customer care, they weren’t helpful, there’s a total disconnection between customer care and logistics. How is it an unforeseen issue when the product is near me and was out for delivery but due to bad behaviour of the delivery agent it caused delays

While @flipkartsupport @Flipkart has been good with delivering products on time, I’ve had a bitter experience in my recent purchase despite living in the tier 1 city - Bengaluru.
Product still remains undelivered despite opting for 1 day delivery

@Flipkart @_Kalyan_K I understand there can be unforeseen delay but man my product was out for delivery, at least teach your delivery staff the decency of being truthful so that he doesn’t block my calendar or do damage of me skipping important business outing to get the delivery
