@easyJet I called yesterday for a refund for my flights which the lady said she had actioned whilst I was on the phone. She said I’d receive an email with confirmation ref the refund within 5 mins. Still had nothing through - should I be concerned? Do I need to call again?
@easyJet@easyJet you have misunderstood me, I haven’t had a refund processed as I cannot get through to anyone to request a refund! I won’t be taking the flights you have changed as the timings are impossible for me. Please help!!
@easyJet I have sent 7 DM’d with no response, I have spent 11 hours on hold with no response. My flights are coming up but you have moved the times by more than 5 hours - I need a refund as I cannot take these flights. Please please please can I speak to someone 🙏

@easyJet still not been able to contact you after nearly 9 hours of being on hold on the phone, 5 DMs and a Messenger sent. No response to anything. It’s disgusting, your just hoping that we’ll all disappear and forget about our refunds. Appalling behaviour.

@easyJet awful service, been trying to get through since yesterday & cannot get an answer. 2 hours yesterday on hold before I gave up, over 3 hours this morning so far. I've been notified my "original flight" has changed - however listed on my email is NOT my original flight!
I am an Ultimate Reward Account customer I have tried from 730 this morning to call through to your Home Emergency helpline, each time being hold for long lengths, this time for 1 hour 9 mins so far. I have an emergency with no gas central heating and children at home!!!!!
