Figma's endgame was always acquisition, for those who are crying "what happens to moral integrity?"
I was looking forward to see how they would transition to 3D design for the metaverse. But that's not gonna happen now. As with everything Adobe touches, it will wither and die.

There is a class of millennials with VC money that sought to rebuild the 90s web.
But the world has moved on. The metaverse is the future, immersive and 3D. Theirs is but a vanity project to relive their youth.
