My Anker Power Bank order ending in 0915454 was marked delivered, but the delivery photo was not my door. After contacting Amazon support, I received a refund as Amazon balance and reordered the same product, order ending in 9525058.
During the second delivery, I tracked the driver and saw the package being delivered two blocks away from my apartment, near a hospital location. The most important proof: in the second delivery photo, the first package is still visible there. If I had received or picked up the first product, it would not still be sitting there.
I have filled the appeal form multiple times, contacted support repeatedly, replied to emails, followed the links shared by Amazon, and still received only generic responses or rejection without clear reasoning.

I have already responded to that email and followed the link/process shared with me multiple times, but no one has provided a proper response or resolution. I have gone through this same appeal process around 5–8 times now, and every time I am either ignored or given the same generic answer. Please escalate this properly instead of sending me back to the same process again.

Again, the same copy-paste answer: “submit an appeal,” “we are transferring this to a manager/head,” “our specialist will remove the block.” I have already tried this 5–7 times and have been waiting for 3 weeks with no real resolution.
This is beyond frustrating. My account has been blocked internationally without a clear reason, my proof has not been properly reviewed, and every support interaction ends with empty promises and no follow-up.
For a company like Amazon, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I am attaching screenshots of the chat so people can see how this issue is being handled.
