After a sprint where we delivered the right thing, on time, followed by a really productive retrospective, we've had our first on-the-nose 15-minute stand-up, too. Hooray! 😁 very proud of @drinkstuff & the dev team making #Agile work 👏

@BarclaysUKHelp I am the primary applicant. I have had a “Thank you for your application” email and this “require proof of your identity letter”. That’s it. I would have expected a follow up too. Letter was dated 5th Feb.
@BarclaysUKHelp Yes however they had no Saturday appointments available for last week or this week. They wanted to do the whole application again. Knowing how good your apps are, I thought this process would be a lot slicker.
@BarclaysUKHelp It was a joint account application. We live at different addresses so much easier to visit our local branches. My gf said the lady at St Albans branch just asked for postcode. My gf had a photograph of he letter I received. Should I send you the ref to check the system?
@BarclaysUKHelp The letter asked for ID. When my gf visited her local branch, they had no record of the application on their system for either of our post codes. I’m already a customer too. They suggested an appointment to go through he process again. Why can’t we bring our ID in independently?
@BarclaysUKHelp Not overly impressed with the customer experience of applying for a new account. Received a letter to go to branch after applying online. Branch know nothing about the application... #cxfail
