What are you smokin? In this video you can see right around 25 to 35 seconds the gun is in it's holster still on Pretti's side.

One agent takes the gun then the other agent shoots him.And you can clearly see the shooter sees the gun being taken away before he shoots Pretti.

This agent freaked out and fucked up.
