@jet2tweets 40+ mins and counting on LS1042 Rhodes to Manchester. Cabin temp 37°C, no air con, kids crying, elderly passengers struggling in the heat, and no sign of take-off. Passenger welfare should come before boarding stats. Really poor.
@jet2tweets - appreciate snow is uncontrollable but usually you send texts to customers with updates. At Barca Airport with zero updates. Flight was due 11.50 to MAN. Waiting for the 7.30 flight status incoming to Barca which isn’t updated.
@BritishGas@BritishGasHelp still no fix on the app to show gas usage. Going through the winter blind on cost/usage despite 4 requests to give me visibility. It’s now been 4 months with last update 12 days ago it would be fixed in 10😡
@BritishGas 16 calls in 4 months and 13 of them cut off but no call back. All I want is for you to fix my smart app so it shows gas consumption and cost. So many repeat calls on the same query and nobody can fix the issue. Complaints been 12 weeks without acknowledgment also😥

@jet2tweets After 70mins Managed to get though today for 3 mins, agent apologised as call started advising the call might drop as team are homeworking and have constant telephony issues. Guess what call died shortly after 🫣

@jet2tweets I have done this 3 times already via DM. I think from what CS team are saying they are just cherry picking sales messages and discarding any post service questions or request it’s related to revenue vs service apparently
@virginmedia is the broadband dropping 16-20 times a day still a national issue or localised to north west of England. Effecting nearly everybody I speak to. Any updates on fixing ?
Just collected my weekly @leagueexpress, to my surprise the front cover has no mention of @Saints1890 lifting the LLS! Inside also has minimal mention...actually 4 lines!! Surely this is far more of an achievement than Leeds beating London?!? @MartynSadler@RedVeeDotNet#Shocked
@virginmedia Any idea of a resolution time? Completely get emergency work but i go to service portal and it says no issues. It’s only when you speak to a support agent on the second call they say there is issues and it’s planned maintenance advised fixed by 12 yesterday.
@manairport terminal 2 car park multi-storey completely grid locked. Been trying to exit for 1 hour. Can you get some staff to co-ordinate this please. Complete Joke!
