This is what the TVK Government told Supreme Court in the Tirupparankundram Deepa Thoon matter:
" Courts should not interfere with ritual"

What about this shameless @tnhrcedept violating the law and interfering with temple rituals every day?

This Department which functions by FRAUD interfered with the following practices that were followed in temples. They continue to commit the following atrocities:
a. Tried to change the date of Tamil New Year
b. Tried to change the language of ancient rituals (will they dare to do such interferences in Mosques?)
c. Built/building toilets inside the temples against agama practices
d. Built Annadhana halls inside the temples against agama practices
e. Built offices for Executive Officers who are present by FRAUD inside the temples - against Agamas against Heritage
f. Built two huge Guest Houses inside Sri Arunachaleswarar Temple, Tiruvannamalai and are now shamelessly renovating it - against Agama Principles - against the ancient temple heritage
g. Shamelessly interferes with Kumbabishekam rituals every time.
h. Allow shops inside the temple premises - against the agamas of the temples and the law of the land.
i. Unlawfully made servants of the @tnhrcedept as the sole trustees of many temples and decided many religious matters through them
j. The unqualified fellows in the @tnhrcedept decide the agama syllabus these days.
k. The incompetent, unqualified Department fellows interview persons for Agama and Vedic pundit posts.
l. The HR&CE Act says Government can give "permission to melt" icons of Murtis. Only scoundrels could have come with such a law.
m. The anti-Hindu fellows in the Govt and @tnhrcedept decided to reduce the 48 day Mandala pooja in Sri Dhandayuthapani Swamy Temple to 3 days. Thanks to urgent intervention by Hon'ble Division Bench of Madras High Court which heard my petition on a Saturday, the 48 day ritual was saved.
n. The misfits in the department destroyed many Ramayana panels in the name of renovation.
o. Many ancient murals were destroyed by the useless @tnhrcedept fellows who have no idea about conservation.
p. Many crores of rupees of HIndu Temples were diverted for non-temple purposes and even non-Hindu purposes in the last 40-50 years.
q. By their failure to realise more than 95% of the due income from the temple lands and buildings, the TN Govt and @tnhrcedept have denied the Hindus of Tamil Nadu to profess, practice and propagate their religion.
r. The @tnhrcedept banned special poojas in Hindu Temples in Tamil Nadu and special Annadhana on the day Ayodhya Ram Mandir was consecrated.
s. The @tnhrcedept forces many temples to do Annadhana to honor late Chief Minister Annadurai every year on his DEATH anniversary. Annadurai called for burning of Saivite and Vaishnavite holy books in Tamil.
t. The FRAUD department which has NOT gone out of Sri Thiagarajaswamy Temple, even after 60 years of Supreme Court Ruling - has deliberately reduced the daily offerings to Sri Thiagarajaswamy by more than 80% of what was originally offered. Yet it shamelessly takes 16% of the income of the temple as "fees".
u. This useless department failed to protect a water body adjacent to Tiruvarur Temple known as "Senkazhuneer Odai" where a particular rare flower was grown for daily poojas. The water body was about 31 acres in size. Its gone.
v. This shameless department had given the lands of Sri Gangadeeswarar Temple, Chennai to build a church - Salvation Army Church. The church is a chronic defaulter of lease amounts running to many lakhs of Rs.
W. Two ancient temples are missing in Tiruvannamalai Town. and in their places shops are being run.
X. The Commissioner of @tnhrcedept regularly stole money from Hindu Temples for his office purposes. A few examples:
1. For constructing conference hall in his office
2. For constructing toilets in his office
3. For constructing reception area in his office.
4. For constructing canteen in his office
5. For buying photocopying machine for his office
6. For construction of library in his office.

Y. This department closed a Veda Patasala that was functioning in Rameswaram
Z. 5389 cows donated to Tiruchendur Temple went "missing" in an audit period and this theft was recorded by the Auditors of HR&CE Department. No action taken. Many ancient Murtis and jewels of the deities went systematically missing over the years. No FIR. No enquiries.

- Part 1

1.HRCE Acts do not give powers to Govt officials to interfere with Temple Agamas, yet they do. Per TCHRI Act Tanthri is the final authority. Govts meddle, Courts are insensitive to it, Atheist officers are often deputed in TN Temples, who interfere with Pooja and Utsavam activities of the temples, which are beyond their domain.
2. Priests of Srirangam temple often were forced to offer Naivedya to the Lord of various Kala poojas at one go in morning pooja itself, so this way devotees' darshan time is ‘saved’. Objective: uninterrupted Rs250, Rs500 & Rs1000 Darshan. Agamas are paramount.
3.Govt can not alienate Temple properties. TN Govt first targets Temple lands only. In Nov '19 @trramesh of Indic Collective obtained stay of Tamilnàdu G.O. for issuing Patta of Temple & Endowment lands to encroachers and squatters, subsequent Tamilnadu Govt are hell bent on fighting this as populist scheme. (This is how the present @TVKVijayHQ Govt has proceeded with removing the restriction of patta transfer for 3086 acres Karur Temple Inam land, wrongly confirmed as correct by the Honb'le HRCE Minister @RameshOffcl Sri Ramesh).
4. . Vexatious petition that Tanjore Brihadeeswarar Temple consecration should be exclusively conducted in Tamil was dismissed in Jan ‘20 based on Intervention petition filed by @indiccollective. HRCE against tradition. Bang comes recent judgement in Sep ‘21 in violation of Supreme Court's order in Shirur Mutt Case, violative of Places of Worship Act & Articles 25 & 26 of Constitution. Court or Govt have no right to alter Religious Practices. The Hindu devotees have to undertake legal fights in the Courts, thus wasting their valuable time and money.

அரசியல் சாசனத்தின் 25 மற்றும் 26ம் பிரிவுகளில் அனைத்து மதத்தினருக்கும் அடிப்படையாக வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள வழிபாட்டு மற்றும் வழிபாட்டுத்தலங்களை நிர்வகிக்கும் உரிமைகளை சட்டரீதியாக மீட்பதே ஆலயம் காப்போம் அமைப்பின் முக்கிய குறிக்கோளாகும்.
1927இல் துவங்கிய தமிழக திருக்கோவில்கள் நிர்வாகத்தின் நீட்டிப்பு 1951/1954 உயர்/உச்ச நீதிமன்றங்களின் ரத்து ஆணைகளையும் மீறி இன்றும் தொடர்வது மாபெரும் சட்டமோசடி. மேலும் 1965இல் இதை உச்ச நீதிமன்றம் உறுதி செய்தது. அப்போது ஆட்சியில் இருந்த காங்கிரஸ் அரசு 1966 வரை கோயில்களை அரசு வசமே வைத்திருக்க சட்ட விரோதமான ஆணையை பிறப்பித்தது. 1966க்கு பிறகும் கோயில்களை விடுவிக்கவில்லை, மேலும் எல்லா கோயில்களும் அரசு கட்டுப்பாட்டில் எடுத்துக்கொள்ளப்பட்டன. அரசு அரங்கேற்றி வரும் இந்த உச்ச நீதிமன்ற அவமதிப்பை தொடர அனுமதிக்கலாமா? இந்த அடிப்படை சட்டவிரோதங்களை எதிர்த்து உயர்திரு தயானந்த சரஸ்வதி ஸ்வாமிகள், @indiccollective தலைவர் @trramesh, மற்றும் நமது ஆலயம் காப்போம் அமைப்பு உள்ளிட்ட பல திருக்கோயில் சுதந்திர போராளிகள், அமைப்புகள் தொடுத்த பல வழக்குகள் உச்ச நீதிமன்றத்தில் நிலுவையில் உள்ளன! அவற்றை நடக்க விடாமல் தாமதம் கடத்துவதில் முழுமுனைப்புடன் தமிழ்நாடு அரசாங்கம் செயல்படுகிறது. மத்திய அரசும் தன் பங்குக்கு, இதில் எந்த அவசரமும் காட்டாமல், கைகட்டி பார்த்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறது.
சட்ட பூர்வமாக இந்த இடர்களை சந்திப்போம்! ஆண்டவனின் துணையுடன் வெற்றி பெறுவோம்!

அறப்போர் இயக்கம் பத்திரப்பதிவு துறையில் பிரிவு 28 பயன்படுத்தி செய்த பல்வேறு முறைகேடு புகாரில் ஒன்றான மதுரை மீனாட்சி அம்மன் கோவில் 60 கோடி மதிப்பான நிலம் முறைகேடாக தனிநபர்களால் முரப்பநாடு மற்றும் வடமதுரை பத்திரப்பதிவு அலுவலகங்களில் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டது. இது தொடர்பான 2023 ஆம் ஆண்டு அறப்போர் புகார் மீது தற்பொழுது 19 நபர்கள் மீது FIR பதிவு செய்துள்ளது என்று HRCE அமைச்சர் ரமேஷ் தெரிவித்துள்ளார். மேலும் ஒரு FIR. வரவேற்கிறோம் !

அறப்போர் கோவில் நிலம் சமபந்தமான விஷயங்களில் வேலை செய்யவில்லை என்றாலும் பத்திரப்பதிவு துறை செக்ஷன் 28 ஐ எப்படி எல்லாம் துஷ்பிரோயகம் செய்கிறார்கள் என்று ஆராய்ச்சி செய்ததில் கண்டுபிடித்த ஒன்று இது. இதில் ஈடுபட்ட இளையராஜா என்ற நபர் தான் பாஜக தலைவர் நைனார் நாகேந்திரன் மகன் நைனார் பாலாஜியுடன் சேர்ந்து சென்னை 1 ஏக்கர் நிலத்தை ராதாபுரத்தில் ஒப்பந்த பத்திரப்பதிவு செய்தார்.

அறப்போர் புகாருக்கு பிறகு அந்த பதிவும் 2023 இல் ரத்து செய்யப்பட்டது. அதிலும் FIR பதிவு செய்யப்பட வேண்டும். இதை ஆராய்ச்சி செய்த பொழுது தான் இளையராஜா ஏற்கனவே மதுரை மீனாக்ஷி அம்மன் கோவில் நிலத்தில் இதே போன்று ஒரு வேலையை செய்துள்ளார் என்று கண்டுபிடித்தோம்.

தவறு செய்தவர்கள் தண்டிக்கப்பட வேண்டும் !

This post is made to dispell the myth that Temple endowment properties and temple wealth can be used for public good at will as many people think. It should be understood that they are not Govt. properties at the first place.

Being generous with your own hard-earned wealth is charity. Being generous with property consecrated to a Deity—endowed specifically for Deva Seva—is not Manava Seva; it is a breach of trust.

​If one's moral compass allows him to break a solemn ancestral promise made to a Deity who cannot defend Himself, while 30,000+ temples lie in ruin without daily poojas, that isn't virtue—it's self-serving hypocrisy. Real conscience would honour the endowment donor's trust; it would not justify or allow looting the temples' funds or properties.

The narrative that "using temple land for schools/hospitals is noble" hides a massive legal and constitutional fraud.

​First: HR&CE’s perpetual executive control violates Articles 25 & 26. Why are we not even debating obscure non adherence of the provisions of Sec 34 of the HR&CE Act by the HRCE Dept., which are there only to protect the interests of Temples during sale of Temple properties. Why do not we debate the present status of HRCE Dept., who are si called custodians holding invalid authority?

​2 - Property Rights: Under Indian law, the Deity is a Juristic Person (a legal minor). Land endowed for a Kattalai belongs to the Deity, not the State or social reformers.
​Gifting away someone else’s dedicated property isn't "charity"—it is a legal breach of trust.

​3 - The Reality: Out of ~44,000 HR&CE-managed temples, thousands struggle to fund even a single daily pooja (Orukala Pooja), while lakhs of acres of land remain encroached or under-collected.
​Diverting prime land while temples crumble isn't virtue—it’s institutional neglect.

​4 - Selective Morality: Notice how "Manava Seva" via land conversion is only demanded from Hindu endowments? Waqf and Church properties are protected under Arts 29 & 30 and managed by their own trusts.

It is high time that our intellectually brilliant Tamilnadu Hindus understand the reality and wake up from slumbers to protect our temples and their properties that have been most generously handed over to us by philanthropists?

இந்தக் கோயில் நிர்வாகத்தில் 1951ம் தொடங்கி மோசடியாக இருக்கும் நீங்கள் - கோயில் பணத்தில் இருந்து சம்பளம் வாங்கி வயிறு வளர்க்கும் நீங்கள் - கோயில் நிலங்களை காப்பாற்ற, அந்த நிலங்களில் இருந்து முறையாக வருமானம் காலம் தோறும் பெற, ஒரு புல்லையாவது புடிங்கி இருக்கிறீர்களா ?

தற்போது இந்த 15.85 ஏக்கர்களில் ஆக்கிரமிப்பாளர்கள் இருக்கும் இடம் போக எதாவது கொஞ்சமாவது பாக்கி இருக்கிறதா?

15.85 ஏக்கர் நடுவே 32 க்ரௌண்ட் நிலம், (சந்தை மதிப்பு ரூ. 150 கோடி) அடையார் பிரதான சாலையில் உள்ளதை - யாரோ ஒரு அம்மா எப்போவோ இருந்தார் என்பதற்காக, தூக்கிக் கொடுக்கிறீர்களே? அந்த இடம் உங்கள் அப்பன் வீடு என்ற நினைப்பா? அப்படி இருந்தால் கொடுக்க மாட்டீர்களே? ஸ்ரீ அருணாச்சலேஸ்வரர் கோயில் சொத்து என்றால் இளக்காரமா?

28 கோடி ரூபாய் கோயிலுக்கு பாக்கி வரவேண்டும் என்று போட்ட மேல் முறையீட்டை நீதிமன்றத்தில் வாபஸ் வாங்கப் போகிறோம் என்று சொல்லி இருக்கிறீர்களே ? இது ஸ்ரீ அருணாச்சலேஸ்வரர் கோயிலுக்கு நீங்கள் செய்யும் பச்சைத் துரோகம் இல்லையா?

அக்னி சொரூபமான அருணாச்சலேஸ்வரருடன் விளையாடத் துணிந்து விட்டீர்கள்! இதற்காக வாயிலும் வயிற்றிலும் அடித்துக் கொண்டு வருத்தப்படப் போகிறீர்கள்!
