The Curious Case of ECR Saravanan

ECR Saravanan has a Thar car costing 16 Lakhs and one Innova car costing 4 lakhs.

That’s totally 20 lakhs.

His entire income for last 3 years was only 12 Lakhs and he didn’t earn any income in 2020 and 2021 as per his affidavit.

The Thar car was registered in August 2025.

How is he able to buy such a costly car with almost no income?

And he’s donated his first month salary as MLA too. How is he making ends meet? Won’t the car need fuel? How’s he managing boss?

This is very simple to understand: the process and follow-up required to materialize investments. For any investment, it typically takes yrs, usually 1 to 3 yrs, and in some cases even longer. However, an investment proposal can be dropped within weeks or even days, depending on the circumstances. (Ex: installation of unstable govt now)

If an MOU is signed by the office of @TRBRajaa and the investment becomes operational even a decade later, the credit rightfully belongs to the office that initiated and facilitated it.
