You can test things in parallel that previously were high risk because they required many resources...

I guess what constitutes high risk is changing overall

I think that is where most of the critique comes from. I see a benefit to those who want an online present to be supported. To be forced is more tricky.

As a bystander that is very intrigued by Alpha's model, I take it that the 100 followers on twitter comes from one of the requirements to graduate Alpha School's bootcamp. I assume you are not participating?

Will be free for everyone, just based on donations.

Want to primarily focus on e-ink devices, and eventually distribute to those most in need.
