@RosserJobs DM’d you a potential place to look. Several internal groups shifting to external management. Possible to find trained talent getting caught in the shuffle
@PEoperator I 100% agree with this analogy. It will be a revolutionary productivity enhancement, but there will be winners and losers -over investment and underinvestment in different areas, but an overall lift to the economy at large
@PEoperator I would love to see more aligned by local government in design implications (water usage, sight lines, light pollution, and power infrastructure) rather than hard lines of Pro data center or Anti data center.
@PEoperator We have the fight going on in my community right now. The anti group is incredibly vocal for several good reasons. The pro group (which I generally find myself) is getting bullied online (in a forum powered in part by a data center 20 miles away which is ironic).
@scotty_bowler@FlowAltDelete Run a test prompt in CoWork and then run /cost multiply times the magnitude of test run to use case. That is better than any of the other CoWork features at the labs. Scout is an entirely different function set than CoWork.
@scotty_bowler@FlowAltDelete It’s part of the solution. There is no buying of CoWork unless you are talking credit packs. I must be misunderstanding what you are meaning.
@scotty_bowler@FlowAltDelete That’s true of all the providers though. Not exclusive to CoPilot unless I am missing something. Claude CoWork and GPT Work don’t allow you to predetermine how much usage you will have.
@scotty_bowler@FlowAltDelete The limit setting is fairly straight forward now. Worked with our admin and set three tiers in about 15 mins and no one can blow up a bill.
@HabShano@FlowAltDelete Business already dealing with that if they are using Claude or ChatGPT at a mid enterprise or larger. The visibility is getting better with the /cost.
@FlowAltDelete If it was complex I am going with Opus as the most cost effective and Sol or fable as the least cost effective.
Sonnet close behind Opus and Terra middle if the pack.
@junkbondanalyst I remember a Parmesan cheese securitization in the late 2000’s. There was a spoilage model assumption. I think it was a $10 or $15 million deal to monetize inventory for a family owned processor. I’m pretty sure it was the ag banking group from Wipfli’s IB team in WI.
