I also claim that the British were significantly better colonisers than any other nation at the time.

The British sense of societal morals at the time meant that they weren’t anywhere near as extractive as they could have been, and other empires were. And the obvious leaving behind laws, railroads, roads, international trading systems, ports etc etc.

The outcome of these countries just proves the point that is already obvious to anyone with eyes.

Thanks for posting this, interesting article.

Interestingly they only tested up to 100g and only measured for 12h, so they are underestimating for how long your body keeps 100g of protein/amino acids available.

Seems like it might be good to smash 100+ grams of protein with a huge breakfast, and then not eat so much throughout the day. Would help with insulin spiking 3-5x a day whenever you eat.
