#UPDATE#SHIMLA DOCTOR CASE!!
FINALLY DOCTOR statements -
★ A VIP patient demanded VIP treatment
★ He misbehaved with the doctor
★ Assaulted the doctor using an IV stand
★ Used abusive language and insulted the doctor’s parents
This did NOT begin with violence by the doctor.
It started with continuous verbal abuse by the patient, including explicit insults against the doctor’s mother and family.
➡️ Despite this, the doctor repeatedly tried to calm the patient and de-escalate the situation.
✅ With over 8 years of service and 5,000–7,000 patients treated, the doctor states that no patient has ever behaved like this before.
We demand strict action against that Rude patient via Doctor protection act @CMOFFICEHP@INCHimachal@BJP4Himachal

How sick this journalist is? He wants a doctor to get kicked and accept it as his fate.
Dear Residents, you have every right to safeguard your life. Vultures like this journalist would try to make you believe that as doctors you are meant to take blows without responding. Dont fall for it
When faced with a shortage of medical workers, why doesn’t GOI use a large pool of foreign medical graduate doctors? They are all waiting to work for the country! See story below!👇@drharshvardhan@aajtak
Second wave of #Covid has claimed lives of 270 doctors in India so far. There’s a dearth of doctors, staff and medical resources. If there’s an available pool of 50K #FMG doctors willing to serve free, then why are we not utilising them? Nothing should stop us. #letfmgserve
Foreign Medical Graduates are trained by the @WHO recognized Medical Colleges and they went abroad only after the Eligibility certificates issued by the MCI(@NMC_IND) in the Pre Approved Foreign Medical Colleges by the MCI (NMC) itself.Permitted to STUDY,Can't PRACTICE !!

The Government must rope in all Foreign Medical Graduates, by giving them grace marks, incentives, and enrolling them With the NMC as the Government is finding it difficult to handle the pandemic following crumbling State health infrastructures and Fatigued HCW. @PMOIndia,@ANI
