I can't help to ponder whether newer LLM models will have a diminishing amount of improvements mainly because everyone (including the developers of these) have just started asking the LLMs to come up with the ideas for those improvements.

@ProtonPrivacy @asklumo This is great, but what open model(s) are you using, you don't say. Also, the main reason I ended up switching to ChatGPT was it's memory feature. As in remembering things from one chat to another. I don't like having to constantly repeat myself.

@BenStiller Such a great episode. While watching, I suddenly had this oh, duh revelation about how the whole "split brain" surgeries for seizures and the crazy consciousness insights from those must have been a big influence on the show, right? How did I miss that connection???

@1Password I cancelled my account but forgot my wife was still using it. I tried to log in renew, but I removed the authenticator app that stored my OTP. I have my password and secret key, but seems there's no way to log in without the 2nd factor?

@plibin Check out Endemic: A Post-Pandemic Playbook by Monica Gandhi MD. Have heard it's quite good and balanced. Another person I trust on this stuff, Dr. Paul Offit, just came out a book called Tell Me When It's Over, I'm planning to read it soon.
