In a 2/3 full library, not one of these seats in front of a picture window is occupied. Why? The seats are set up facing each other as in a family living room. That creates a relationship few people will be comfortable with when sitting near strangers in the library. #libraries

- Verified cardholders are limited to borrowing 6000 books/day
- Unverified cardholders to 600 books/day
- New unverified cardholders to 300 books/day
