A resolution was passed during the 9th Annual General Body Meeting of NMMTA, condemning the vicious actions of the UG board of NMC against teachers holding medical MSc PhD qualifications. It calls upon the government to compel the NMC to amend the TEQ & MSR2023 guidelines, replace the biased UG board, and revise the NMC Act to include 50% non-doctors on all NMC boards.

There must be a provision in the law to punish those who deliberately lie in their affidavits.

@NMC_IND's affidavit in Delhi High Court on medical MSc courses is full of lies.

It can't be mere ignorance; the misinformation is deliberate.

Unfortunately, NMC is resorting to misinformation as a toolkit to influence the court.

Acting like a doctors' welfare association, it is working on an agenda to promote own fraternity at the expense of others.

This is unbecoming of any regulator.

First time in my 23 years of teaching career, today I had a bad teachers day experience due to discrimination among medical and non-medical teachers by NMC.

The supremacist ideology is like racism or casteism where one privileged section considers oneself to be superior and practices a variety of discriminations over the others. Academic apartheid, which is a manifestation of this ideology is suffered by the "non-medical" teachers.
