@Sonos Releasing a half finished product, with no sleep timer, queue editing etc is absolutely ridiculous. At least give customers a choice to roll back to the previous app while we wait a undefined amount of time for basic functions to appear in the new version. Hilariously poor.

@tsohost are currently delivering, by quite some margin, my worst customer service experience of the last few years. A hashed-up *mandatory* server migration followed by days of confusing interactions with support via chat, ticket and phone really is testing my patience. dreadful
