మారిక వలస స్కూల్‌ తరలింపును వ్యతిరేకిస్తూ ఆగస్టు 20 నుంచి విద్యార్థుల తల్లిదండ్రులు, గిరిజన సంఘాలు ఆందోళన చేస్తున్నా, వారి అభ్యంతరాలను వినే ఓపిక కూడా ఈ ప్రభుత్వానికి లేకుండా పోయింది. అసలు ఈ ట్రైబల్‌ రెసిడెన్షియల్‌ స్కూల్‌ను తరలించాల్సిన అవసరం ��మొచ్చింది? వైయస్సార్‌గారి హయాంలోనే ప్రముఖ విద్యావేత్త, అప్పటి ఎమ్మెల్సీ చుక్కారామయ్యగారి సలహాలు, సూచనలతో దేశంలో ప్రతిష్టాత్మకమైన ఎన్‌ఐటీ, ఐఐటీ లాంటి విద్యాసంస్థల్లో ఎస్టీ విద్యార్థులు ప్రవేశం పొందేలా స్కూల్‌ఆఫ్‌ ఎక్స్‌లెన్స్‌ కింద, 8వ తరగతి నుంచి ఇంటర్మీడియట్‌ వరకూ నాణ్యమైన బోధన అందించేలా ఏడు గురుకులాలను ఏర్పాటు చేశారు. క్వాలిఫైడ్‌ టీచర్స్‌ను పెట్టి, ఈ టీచర్లకు ప్రోత్సాహకాలు కూడా ఇచ్చి, వారి ద్వారా మంచి శిక్షణ ఇప్పించడం వల్ల గిరిజన విద్యార్థులు ఆ ప్రతిష్టాత్మక విద్యా సంస్థల్లో సీట్లు పొందారు.

మా ప్రభుత్వంలో నాడు-నేడు ద్వారా వీటిని మరింతగా సౌకర్యాలను మరింత అభివృద్ధి చేయడమే కాక, ఆన్లైన్‌ కోచింగ్‌, ఇంటరాక్టివ్‌ ఫ్లాట్‌ ఫామ్స్‌ ద్వారా వారికి అందించే బోధనను మరింత మెరు��ుపరిచాం. మంచి ఫలితాలు కూడా సాధించాం. ఎన్‌ఐటీ, ఐఐటీల్లో సీట్లు పొందే ట్రైబల్‌ విద్యార్థులకు ప్రోత్సాహకంగా రూ.40వేలు, మరియు వారికి ల్యాప్‌టాప్‌లు ఇచ్చాం. ఇప్పుడు వీటిని పట్టించుకోకుండా, బాగా నడుస్తున్న స్కూళ్లలో విద్యార్థులను బలవంతంగా తరలించి, ఎందుకు వారిని కష్టపెడుతున్నారు? విశాఖలాంటి నగరంలో గిరిజన విద్యార్థులకు చదువుకునే అర్హతలేదా? నెల్లూరు జిల్లాలోని కోటలో కూడా ఎస్సీ గురు��ులం నుంచి వందలమంది విద్యార్థులను కూడా విద్యా సంవత్సరం మధ్యలోనే హడావిడిగా తరలించేశారు. భారీగా విద్యార్థులు ఉన్న మొత్తం 4 గురుకులాల నుంచి దాదాపు 2వేల మందికిపైగా విద్యార్థులను ఇబ్బందిపెడుతూ వారిని చెల్లాచెదురు చేసేశారు. విద్యార్థుల జీవితాలతో ఆడుకుంటారా? చంద్రబాబుగారు మీరు, మీ సుపుత్రుడి తలతిక్క పనులతో విద్యాశాఖను అస్తవ్యస్తం చేస్తున్నారు.

మీరు పెడతామంటున్న ఈ కొత్తవాటిలో ఇంటర్మీడియట్‌నుంచి ప్రత్యేక శిక్షణ అంటున్నారు. కానీ జే��ఈ, నీట్‌లాంటి పోటీ పరీక్షల్లో రాణించాలంటే, ఆ పరీక్షలు రాసే వారికి పునాది కనీసం 8వ తరగతి నుంచే ఉండాలి కదా? అలాంటి కాన్సెప్ట్‌తో పెట్టిన ``స్కూల్‌ ఆఫ్‌ ఎక్స్‌లెన్స్‌``లను నిర్వీర్యంచేయడం కరెక్టు కాదు. ప్రభుత్వం తాను తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయాన్ని పునః సమీక్షించుకుని, విద్యార్థులు, వారి తల్లిదండ్రుల అభ్యంతరాలను విని, ఆ పిల్లలకు నచ్చినచోటే చదువుకోనివ్వండి. గిరిజన మహిళా నాయకులపట్ల మీ అనుచిత ప్రవర్తనకు క్షమాపణలు చెప్పండి.

.@ncbn గారూ… ప్రాణాలు కాపాడే జూనియర్‌ డాక్టర్లను రోడ్డెక్కించి, పేద రోగుల ప్రాణాలతో చెలగాటమాడతారా?

రాష్ట్రంలోని 19 ప్రభుత్వ మెడికల్‌ కాలేజీలకు చెందిన దాదాపు 9 వేల మంది ఇంటర్న్‌లు, పీజీలు, సూపర్‌ స్పెషాలిటీ, సీనియర్‌ రెసిడెంట్‌ డాక్టర్లు రె��డు వారాలుగా ఆందోళన చేస్తున్నా మీరు ఎందుకు స్పందించడం లేదు? నిబంధనల ప్రకారం జనవరి 1 నుంచి అమలుకావాల్సిన స్టైపెండ్‌ సవరణను ఎందుకు నిలిపివేశారు?

జూనియర్‌ డాక్టర్లకు జీవో నంబర్‌ 287 నిర్దేశించిన 15శాతం కంటే అధికంగా మా హయాంలో 42.4 శాతం పెంచాం. సూపర్‌ స్పెషాల్టీ కోర్సును అభ్యసిస్తున్న వారిని సీనియర్‌ రెసిడెంట్స్‌గా గురిస్తూ, వారి విజ్ఞప్తినికూడా పరిగణలోకి తీసుకుని నిర్దేశించిన దానిక���టే పెంచి, మొత్తంగా 77శాతం వారికి పెంచాం. ఆయుష్‌ విభాగానికి చెందిన జూనియర్‌ డాక్టర్లకు కూడా అల్లోపతి జూనియర్‌ డాక్టర్ల తరహాలోనే స్టైపెండ్ పెంచాం. పెరిగిన ధరలు, ద్రవ్యోల్బణం, జీవన వ్యయాన్ని పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకుని 15 శాతం కంటే మెరుగైన పెంపు ఇవ్వాలని జూనియర్‌ డాక్టర్లు కోరు��ుంటే, కేవలం 3 నుంచి 5 శాతం మాత్రమే పెంచుతామని చెప్పడం అన్యాయం కాదా?

జూనియర్‌ డాక్టర్ల శ్రమతోనే ప్రభుత్వ బోధనాసుపత్రుల్లో వైద్యసేవలు నడుస్తున్నాయి. ఇప్పుడు సమ్మె కారణంగా క్యాజువాలిటీ, ఐసీయూ, లేబర్‌ రూమ్‌ వంటి అత్యవసర సేవలకూ అంతరాయం ఏర్పడి పేద రోగులు తీవ్రంగా ఇబ్బందిపడుతున్నారు. ఈ పరిస్థితికి మీ ప్రభుత్వ మొండివైఖరే కారణం కాదా చంద్రబాబుగారూ?

ఇప్పటికే మీరు పెట్టిన బకాయిలతో ఆరో��్యశ్రీ నెట్‌ వర్క్‌ ఆస్పత్రులు చేతులు ఎత్తేశాయి. మరోవంక ప్రభుత్వ వైద్యరంగాన్ని మీరు దారుణంగా దెబ్బతీశారు. దేశ చరిత్రలో ఎక్కడా లేనివిధంగా మేం ఒకేసారి 17 కొత్త ప్రభుత్వ మెడికల్‌ కాలేజీలను తీసుకొచ్చి, ఐదింటిని పూర్తిచేసి క్లాసులుకూడా ప్రారంభిస్తే, మరో కాలేజీని క్లాసులకు సిద్ధంచేసి, మొత్తంగా ఆరు అందుబాటులోకి తెచ్చాం. మిగిలిన వాటిని పూర్తిచేయాల్సిందిపోయి, వాటిని తెగనమ్మడానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నారు. ఇదిసరిపోక ప్రభుత్వ బోధనాసుపత్రులు, ఇతర ఆస్పత్రుల్లో మిగిలిన నాడు–నేడు పనులను మీరు నిలిపివేశారు. WHO/GMP ప్రమాణాలు ఉండే మందులు లేక గవర్నమెంటు ఆస్పత్రులు విలవిల్లాడుతున్నాయి. జీరో వేకెన్సీ పాలసీకి మంగళం పాడారు. వైద్యరంగంలో మేం నియమించిన 50 వేల మంది సిబ్బందిని క్రమంగా తగ్గిస్తున్నారు.

ఫ్యామిలీ డాక్టర్‌ విధానానికి గండికొట్టారు. సీహెచ్‌సీల్లో స్పెషలిస్ట్‌ డాక్టర్లను తొలగించారు. విలేజ్‌, అర్బన్‌ క్లినిక్‌లను నిర్వీర్��ం చేశారు. ఆరోగ్యశ్రీని దారుణంగా దెబ్బతీసి రూ.3 వేల కోట్లకుపైగా బకాయిలు పెట్టారు. ప్రజారోగ్య వ్యవస్థలో మీరు సృష్టించిన విధ్వంసం అంతా ఇంతా కాదు. ఇప్పుడు జూనియర్‌ డాక్టర్ల విషయంలోనూ అహంకారంతో వ్యవహరిస్తూ, మిగిలిన వైద్యసేవలను కూడా పేదలకు దూరం చేస్తున్నారు.

చంద్రబాబుగారూ… ఇప్పటికైనా అహంకారం వీడండి. జూనియర్‌ డాక్టర్ల ప్రతినిధులను వెంటనే చర్చలకు పిలిచి, వారి న్యాయమైన డిమాండ్లను ��రిష్కరించండి. తగిన స్థాయిలో స్టైపెండ్‌ను పెంచి, సమ్మెను విరమింపజేసి, ప్రభుత్వ ఆస్పత్రుల్లో పేద రోగులకు ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బందుల�� లేకుండా చూడండి.

Credit growth to Self Help Groups is vital and is regarded as the lifeblood of rural economy. Credit growth indicates productive investments strengthening the SHGs' income generating ability and contributing to their sustainability.

Declining credit growth indicates lower investment, thereby lower incomes and resultantly lower consumption, clearly indicating the distress.

The negative year-on-year State Government tax revenues growth of 3.22% during FY 2025-26 also evidences this fall in consumption and economic distress.

Interest subvention to SHG loans is vital for promoting SHG credit growth. During the period of the YSRCP Government between 2019-24 the direct support given by the Government to the SHG sector through interest subvention alone is Rs. 4,969 crores. Further YSRCP Government through programmes such as Aasara and cheyutha provided immense support to SHG women enabling them to stand on their feet.

The TDP-JSP have made a commitment in their Manifesto to the effect that, 'The loan limit up to which SHG loans interest subvention scheme is applicable would be increased from Rs. 3 lakhs to Rs. 10 lakhs'.

As usual after assuming power, the TDP alliance hoodwinked the people by ignoring the commitment made. Let alone interest subvention on the increased loan limit, even the existing interest subvention programme has been rendered ineffective with no support whatsoever. Amount under interest subvention released during 2024-25 is 'zero', budgeted for FY 2025-26 is Rs. 100 crores and released is 'zero', budgeted for FY 2026-27 is again Rs. 100 crore and likely release is zero. Even if we assume Rs. 6,00,000 debt with respect to every SHG group, the interest subvention amount in tune with the commitment of TDP can be estimated to be around Rs. 3,000 crores. Therefore, during the first two years of the TDP alliance Government, the amount that the beneficiaries were deprived of is Rs. 6,000 crores.

Owing to the steps taken by YSRCP government, the credit growth to SHGs demonstrated a heathy growth during 2019-24 and the lack of support by the present Government resulted in decline in credit growth from Rs. 49,696 crores in FY 2023-24 to Rs. 41,623 crores in FY 2024-25 and further to Rs. 41,105 crores in FY 2025-26.

𝟮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀

The provisional accounts for the financial year 2025-26 have been published by the CAG, these accounts bring to light unsettling facts regarding the State.

On one hand Mr. Chandrababu Naidu garu claims of a galloping State with a year-on-year GSDP growth rate of 10.75% during FY 2025-26. In a manner that completely contrasts this, the tax revenues of the State Government have contracted by 3.22% during FY 2025-26. In any State that is progressing fast, there would be heightened levels of investment and consumption, reflecting in the form of higher tax collections by the State Government. In reality, the State Government tax revenues have declined by 3.22% against the revised estimates of a 9.60% growth over previous year during 2025-26, as shown in volumes placed for State Budget for FY 2026-27.

If the State tax revenues have actually grown by 9.60%, then one would believe the State Government's GSDP growth estimates of 10.75%. However, what was witnessed was a contraction to the tune of 3.22% (-𝟯.𝟮𝟮%), in own tax revenues.

The State tax revenues during 2023-24 (last year of the previous Government) were, Rs. 85,922.23 crores. After two years, even if a modest 8% growth was achieved, the tax revenues in the year 2025-26 should have been, Rs. 1,00,219.69 crores. However, what was achieved was only 86,552.68 crores during 2025-26. Therefore, the notional loss under this Government during this year is to the tune of 𝗥𝘀. 𝟭𝟯,𝟲𝟲𝟳 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀.

Mr. @ncbn garu speaks of "Sampada Srushti", is this his Samapada Srushti? lower revenues by Rs. 13,667 crores even when compared with a modest benchmark?

As we have always been saying, the Rs. 9,000 crores raised through NCD issuance by APMDC during May 2025, was actually intended to be utilised for meeting Government revenue expenditure. No asset creation took place from this NCD issuance. In an unprecedented manner, private NCD holders were allowed access to the Consolidated Fund of the State in violation of all

Constitutional norms. From the accounts, on can ascertain that, this amount is received as Non-tax revenues during 2025-26.

Therefore, what was witnessed over the last two years was, unambiguous signs of economic distress resulting from policy paralysis and corruption, tales of rapid growth for the purposes of diversion, and adoption of un-constructional and unhealthy means for raising debt.

.@ncbn గారూ.. మీ పరిపాలనలో దోపిడీకి ఏ రంగం మినహాయింపు కాదు. చివరకు ఆక్వా ఫీడ్‌ ధరల విషయంలో కంపెనీలతో కుమ్మక్కై ఆక్వా రైతులను కూడా దోచుకుతింటున్నారు. మా ప్రభుత్వంలో ఆక్వా రైతులకు తోడుగా ఉండేందుకు తీసుకున్న చర్యలన్నింటీనీ నీరుగార్చి ఆ రై���ులను దారుణంగా దెబ్బతీశారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఛైర్మన్‌గా ఉండే APSADAకు తెలియకుండా, దాని అంగీకారం లేకుండా కంపెనీలు రేట్లు పెంచాయని, మీరు చేస్తున్న ప్రకటనలు ఎవరి చెవిలో పువ్వులుపెట్టడానికి? ఒక ప్రభుత్వాన్ని, చట్టాన్ని ధిక్కరించే ధైర్యం ఆ కంపెనీలకు ఎలా వచ్చింది? వాళ్లు మీవాళ్లు కాబట్టే కదా? ఆక్వా ఫీడ్‌ కంపెనీలు మీ పార్టీ సానుభూతి పరులవేనన్నవి అక్షర సత్యం కాదా? కమీషన్ల కోసం వారితో మీరు లాలూచీపడ్డారన్నది నిజం కాదా? అందుకే వారు రేట్లు పెంచుతున్నా మీరు సైలెంటుగా ఉన్నారు.

చంద్రబాబుగారు మీ��ు అధికారంలోకి వచ్చినప్పటి నుంచి రాష్ట్రంలో అన్ని వర్గాలతోపాటు ఆక్వా రైతులుకూడా చితికిపోయారు. సిండికేట్‌ అవుతున్న కంపెనీల నుంచి, దళారుల నుంచి రైతులను రక్షించడానికి మా ప్రభుత్వ హయాంలో చట్టాన్ని తీసుకు వచ్చి, ఏకంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఛైర్మన్‌గా APSADA అనే రెగ్యులేటరీ సంస్థను ఏర్పాటు చేస్తే మీరు వచ్చాక ఉద్దేశ పూర్వకంగానే దాన్ని నిర్వీర్యం చేశారు. సీడ్‌, ఫీడ్‌ క్వాలిటీ ప్రమాణాలు సహా, వాటి రేట్ల నియంత్రణ దగ్గరనుంచి ఆక్వా ఉత్పత్తులకు ధరలను నిర్ణయించే బాధ్యతను కూడా ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకోవడమే కాకుండా, యూనిట్‌ కరెంటును కేవలం రూ.1.5౦కే వారికి అందిస్తూ అన్నిరకాలుగా మా ప్రభుత్వం అండగా ఉంటే, మీరు అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాత వాటన్నింటినీ నిర్వీర్యం చేసి ఆ రైతులను రోడ్డున పడేశారు. మొదటి ఏడాది ఆక్వా ఉత్పత్తుల రేట్లు పడిపోయి రైతులు నష్టపోతున్నా మీనమేషాలు లెక్కించారే తప్ప, వారిని ఆదుకోవాలన్న బాధ్యతను విస్మరించారు. ఇప్పుడు ఫీడు రేట్లు పెంచి చేస్తున్న దోపిడీకి ��త్తాసు పలుకుతున్నారు. ఇది రైతులకు మీరు చేస్తున్న అన్యాయం కాదా?

చంద్రబాబుగారూ.., ఆక్వా ఫీడు రేట్లు పెంపును తాత్కాలికంగా నిలిపివేశామంటూ మీరు మొసలికన్నీళ్లు కార్చడం కాదు, పెంచిన ఆ ధరలను పూర్తిగా ఉపసంహరింపచేయాలి. లేకపోతే రైతులతో కలిపి ఆందోళనలు చేస్తామని హెచ్చరిస్తున్నాం.

Chandrababu Naidu Garu, under your governance, no sector has been spared from exploitation. In the case of aqua feed prices too, you have colluded with the aqua feed companies and are enabling the looting of aqua farmers.

Every measure our government had taken to support aqua farmers has been systematically weakened, causing severe damage to the farming community.
How can companies increase aqua feed prices without the knowledge or approval of APSADA, the regulatory authority headed by the Chief Minister himself? In this context, is your narrative not misleading? How did these companies gain the audacity to defy both the government and the law? Is it not because they are closely associated with you and your party? Is it not an undeniable truth that these aqua feed companies are sympathizers and supporters of your party? Is it not true that you compromised with them for commissions? That is precisely why you have remained silent despite the continuous hike in feed prices.

Chandrababu Garu, ever since you came to power, aqua farmers, along with all sections of society in the State, have been pushed into distress. During the period of our Government, we enacted laws to protect farmers from syndicates, middlemen, and exploitative companies, and established APSADA as a regulatory body under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister. However, after you came to power, you deliberately weakened and rendered the institution ineffective.

Our government not only took responsibility for regulating seed and feed quality standards and controlling their prices, but also for determining prices for aqua products. We supplied electricity to aqua farmers at just Rs. 1.50 per unit and extended support in every possible way. But after you assumed office, all those systems were dismantled, pushing aqua farmers into severe distress. During the first year itself, when aqua product prices crashed and farmers suffered huge losses, you remained a silent spectator instead of taking responsibility to support them. Now, you are openly backing the exploitation being carried out through the hike in feed prices. Is this not grave injustice to farmers?

Chandrababu Garu, merely building a narrative that the feed price hike is temporary, would not serve any purpose. The increased prices must be completely rolled back. Otherwise, we warn that we will launch protests along with the farmers.

ప్ర‌భుత్వ ఉద్యోగుల స‌మాఖ్య అధ్య‌క్షుడు కాక‌ర్ల వ���ంక‌ట్రామిరెడ్డి చేసిన త‌ప్పేంటి? ఉద్యోగుల స‌మ‌స్య‌లు ప‌రిష్క‌రించ‌మ‌ని అడ‌గ‌డ‌మే ఆయ‌న చేసిన నేర‌మా? ఉద్యోగుల‌కు ఇచ్చిన హామీలు ఎప్పుడు అమ‌లు చేస్తార‌ని అడిగితే అత‌నిపై రెడ్ బుక్ రాజ్యాంగాన్ని ప్ర‌యోగించి అత‌న్ని డిస్మిస్ చేశారంటే మీరు భ‌య‌ప‌డిపోతున్నార‌నే క‌దా. ఉద్యోగులకు హక్కుగా రావాల్సిన పెండింగ్ డీఏలు, పీఆర్సీ, మీరు వ‌స్తూనే ఇస్తామ‌న్న ఐఆర్ ఇవ్వాలని అడ‌గ‌డంలో త‌ప్పే���ుంది? అది మీరు మేనిఫెస్టోలో ఇచ్చిన హామీనే క‌దా. ఉద్యోగుల విష‌యంలో మీరు వ్య‌వ‌హ‌రిస్తున్న తీరు, మీ మోస‌పూరిత వైఖ‌రిని అంద‌రూ గ‌మ‌నిస్తున్నారు.

ఎన్నిక‌ల ముందు 20 ల‌క్ష‌ల ఉద్యోగాలు ఇస్తామ‌ని, ఉద్యోగం వ‌చ్చే వ‌ర‌కు నెల‌కు రూ.3వేల చొప్పున‌ భృతి ఇస్తామ‌ని చెప్పింది వాస్త‌వం కాదా? ప్ర‌తి ఇంటికీ బాండ్లు ఇచ్చిన మాట వాస్త‌వం కాదా? రెండేళ్లు అవుతున్నా ఉద్యోగాలు లేవు, నిరుద్యోగ భృతి లేదు. పైగా ఉద్యోగుల‌పై క‌క్ష సాధింప���లు ఇది జంగిల్ రాజ్ కాదా? ఉగాది రోజున మీ జీతాలు డ‌బుల్ చేస్తామ‌ని వాలంటీర్లకు మాట ఇచ్చి అధికారంలోకి వ‌చ్చిన వెంట‌నే వారి క‌డుపుకొట్టింది నువ్వు కాదా? 2.60 ల‌క్ష‌ల మందిని రోడ్డున ప‌డేసి, ఆ వ్య‌వ‌స్థే లేకుండా చేసిన అరాచ‌క‌త్వం నీదేక‌దా? మీ క‌క్ష సాధింపుల‌కు, మీరు ఉద్యోగుల‌పై పెట్టే ఒత్తిడుల‌కు ఒక్క స‌చివాలయ‌ ఉద్యోగులే రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా దాదాపు 250 మందికి పైగా ఆక‌స్మిక మ‌ర‌ణం పొందిం��ి నిజం కాదా?

చంద్ర‌బాబు గారూ.. సూటిగా ఒక ప్ర‌శ్న, మీ ప్ర‌భుత్వ హ‌యాంలో ఏపీ ఎన్జీవోస్ అధ్యక్షుడిగా ఉన్న అశోక్ బాబు మీ త‌ర‌ఫున క‌ర్��ాట‌క‌లో ఎన్నిక‌ల ప్ర‌చారం నిర్వ‌హించ‌లేదా? బీజేపీని ఓడించ‌మ‌ని పిలుపు ఇవ్వ‌లేదా? మ‌రి ఎందుకు అత‌న్ని డిస్మిస్ చేయ‌లేదు? అంటే మీ వాళ్ల‌కు ఒక న్యాయం, ప‌క్క వాళ్ల‌కు మ‌రో న్యాయ‌మా?

N Chandrababu Naidu garu, the way you have been conducting yourself lately clearly exposes your Government's failure and your denial of the same. Before the elections, you made countless promises just to come to power. In every public meeting, you boldly spoke about “Super Six” and “Super Seven” schemes. You even went door to door distributing bonds, misleading every family with assurances. But even after two years in power, none of the promises mentioned in your manifesto have been implemented fully, with some of them being totally ignored. Instead, you are now claiming that “Super Six” and “Super Seven” have already been fulfilled, which is nothing but a blatant lie. Unable to withstand the growing opposition from people and employees, you are taking extreme steps against those who question you. That clearly shows that you are afraid.

If the public and employees start asking questions, it simply means your governance is not up to the mark. It means the promises you made have not been fulfilled. Is it wrong to enquire about timing of implementation of the promises? Even after two years of the formation of your Government and budget for the third year being presented, is it a crime to question when you will deliver? You have contracted liabilities exceeding Rs 3.5 lakh crore. Is it an offence to ask where that money is going? When you cannot answer these questions and instead resort to vindictive actions against those who question you, Your evasive intent is clearly exposed?

What is the fault of government employees’ union president Kakarla Venkatarami Reddy? Is asking the government to resolve employees’ issues a crime? When he questioned whether the promises made to employees would be implemented, you dismissed him by invoking “Red Book governance.” What is wrong in demanding rightful dues such as pending DA, PRC, and the IR that you promised to give immediately after coming to power? These were your own manifesto promises and employees indeed have a right to qustion you on these. Everyone is observing your deceptive approach towards employees.

You behaved in a similar unjust manner in the case of CI Shankaraiah. When he stated that the Chief Minister had made false statements in the Assembly regarding the murder case of YS Vivekananda Reddy and that it caused him distress, you went to the extent of removing him from service. Is this not a clear example of authoritarian governance? When anyone questions you, you resort to vindictive actions. This again exposes your escapist attitude.

Before the elections, you promised to provide 20 lakh jobs. You assured that until people get jobs, they would receive a monthly allowance of Rs 3,000. You distributed bonds to every household making these promises. But even after two years, there are no jobs and no unemployment allowance. Instead, you are targeting people who question your Government, is this not jungle raj? You promised to double the salaries of volunteers On Ugadi 2024, but after coming to power, you dismantled the entire volunteer system, leaving around 2.6 lakh people without livelihoods. Is this not injustice?

Is it not true that, due to the pressure and harassment they were subjected to, more than 250 secretariat employees across the state have died? Mr. Chandrababu Naidu, I have a direct question. During your tenure, did AP NGOs president Ashok Babu not campaign for you in elections? Did he not solicit votes? Then why was he not dismissed? Does your government not enforce rules for your supporters, in the same manner it does for people who question you? Mr. Chandrababu Naidu, you are committing sins. That is why you are unable to confront the people and are attempting to stifle every voice that questions you.

From the perspective of Rural economy, effective implementation of the MGNREGA is of vital importance. This programme enhances disposable incomes in rural sections who have highest marginal propensity to consume, thereby supporting Rural consumption.

Historically, Andhra Pradesh (AP) has been considered one of the best-performing states in MGNREGA implementation. Over the last two years of the TDP alliance Government, we have witnessed the State lagging on this front.

On almost all parameters, such as Approved labour budget, Total Households worked and Expenditure and so forth, the performance signals contraction over last two years.

This is also evident from low GST and Sales tax growth during the last two years, clearly indicating lower purchasing power and consequently lower demand.

The TDP alliance Government is too preoccupied with indulging in corruption driven by unquenchable thirst for wealth and does not have the bandwidth to focus on the problems confronting the people of the State.

రూరల్‌ డెవలప్‌మెంట్‌ ట్రస్ట్‌ (RDT)కి FCRA పర్మిషన్లు రెన్యువల్‌ చేసినందుకు ప్రధానమంత్రి నరేంద్ర మోడీగారికి, కేంద్ర హోంమంత్రి అమిత్‌షా గారికి ధన్యవాదాలు తెలియజేస్తున్నాను. ఉమ్మడి అనంతపురం జిల్లాలో విద్య, వైద్యం, పర్యావరణం, సామాజికాభివృద్ధిలో RDT సేవలు కొనసాగేందుకు, తద్వారా పేదల అభ్యున్నతికి ఈ ��నుమతులు మేలుచేస్తాయనడంలో ఎలాంటి సందేహం ��ేదు.

కాని, RDTకి FCRA అనుమతుల విషయంలో చంద్రబాబుగారు క్రెడిట్‌ చోరీకి పాల్పడడం చాలా ఆశ్చర్యంగా ఉంది. నిజంగా ఆయన కృషిచేసి ఉంటే, ఏప్రిల్‌ 21, 2025లో నిలిచిపోయిన పర్మిషన్ల రెన్యువల్‌కు ఏడాదికాలం ఎందుకు పట్టింది? చంద్రబాబుగారు పట్టించుకోకపోవడంవల్లే వైయస్సార్‌సీపీ సహా ప్రజా సంఘాల ఆధ్వర్యంలో ప్రజలు ఉద్యమం చేయాల్సి వచ్చిందన్నది వాస్తవం కాదా? ఇప్పుడు పబ్లిసిటీ స్టంట్స్ చేస్తూ క్రెడిట్ చో��ీ చేయడంలో @ncbn ను మించిన వారు ఈ దేశంలో ఇంకొకరు లేరు.

🚨🚨🚨 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮, 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝘄𝗮𝗸𝗲-𝘂𝗽 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹.

In Visakhapatnam, @ncbn and his family are grabbing public land worth nearly 𝗥𝘀 𝟱,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗿𝗲. Around 𝟱𝟰.𝟳𝟵 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗥𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗸𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮 is being taken over through open misuse of power. As 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿, Chandrababu has handed this valuable land to his own family member, 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗸𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗻𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗣 Sri Bharat. Lands recovered and fenced by the government during the YSRCP period are now being gifted to his family 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁.

The role of his son 𝗡𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗟𝗼𝗸𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗼-𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 these lands are gifted exposes the family nexus. Despite having no authority, a memo was issued from the Education Department to allot this land to his relatives. Chandrababu then pushed the system through pressure and intimidation to secure one-sided approvals by force on local administration. When YSRCP corporators stood firm to protect public property, they were attacked and forcibly removed, leaving several injured, while the police stood by as silent spectators.

To execute this land grab, Chandrababu 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗬𝗦𝗥𝗖𝗣 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 who was from the BC Yadava community, spent crores to buy corporators, bulldozed the process to gift Rs 5000 crore property to his family members. Whenever Chandrababu is in power, public assets disappear and family interests grow. This is not an exception, but a pattern. Chandrababu Naidu and Nara Lokesh have reduced governance to a real estate business.

విశాఖపట్నంలో @ncbn, ఆయన కుటుంబం దాదాపు రూ.5,000 కోట్ల విలువైన ప్రభుత్వ భూములను లాగేసుకుంది.

రుషికొండ ��మీపంలో ఉన్న 54.79 ఎకరాల అత్యంత విలువైన భూములను అధికార దుర్వినియోగం ద్వారా బహిరంగంగానే కబ్జా చేసేసింది. ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా చంద్రబాబు, అత్యంత విలువైన ఈ భూమిని తన సొంత కుటుంబ సభ్యుడైన విశాఖపట్నం ఎంపీ శ్రీ భరత్‌కు కట్టబెట్టేశారు.

వైయస్సార్‌సీపీ ప్రభుత్వ కాలంలో తిరిగి స్వాధీనం చేసుకుని, ఫెన్సింగ్ వేసిన భూములను ఇప్పుడు మళ్లీ చంద్రబాబుగారు తన కుటుంబానికి ఉచితంగా బహుమానంగా ఇచ్చేశారు.

ఈ విలువైన భూములను లోకేష్ తన తోడల్లుడికి కట్ట���ెట్టడం, చంద్రబాబు కుటుంబ కుట్రను బయటపెడుతోంది. లోకేష్‌కు ఎలాంటి అధికార పరిధి లేకపోయినా, విద్యాశాఖ నుంచి ఒక మెమో జారీ చేసి ఈ భూములను తన తోడల్లుడికి కేటాయించేలా చేశారు.

ఆ తర్వాత చంద్రబాబు ఒత్తిళ్లు, బెదిరింపులతో నగర పాలక సంస్థ సభ్యుల (గ్రేటర్‌ విశాఖ మున్సిపల్ కార్పొరేషన్‌ మెంబర్స్)ను భయపెట్టి ఏకపక్షంగా ఆమోదించుకున్నారు. ప్రభుత్వ ఆస్తులను కాపాడేందుకు వైయస్సార్‌సీపీ కార్పొరేటర్లు ధైర్యంగా నిలబడితే, వారిపై భౌతిక దాడులు చేసి బలవంతంగా బయటకు తోసేశారు. ఈ దాడుల్లో పలువురు వైయస్సార్‌సీపీ కార్పొరేటర్లు గాయపడగా, పోలీసులు పట్టించుకోకుండా ప్రేక్షకపాత్ర పోషించారు.

ఈ భూ దోపిడీని అమలు చేయడానికి చంద్రబాబు, బీసీ యాదవ వర్గానికి చెందిన వైయస్సార్‌సీపీ మహిళా మేయర్‌ను తొలగించారు, కార్పొరేటర్లను కొనుగోలు చేయడానికి కో���్ల రూపాయలు ఖర్చు చేశారు, ప్రజాస్వామ్య ప్రక్రియను బుల్డోజ్ చేసి రూ.5,000 కోట్ల విలువైన ఆస్తిని తన కుటుంబ సభ్యులకు కానుకగా ఇచ్చారు.

చంద్రబాబు అధికారంలో ఉన్న ప్రతిసారీ ప్రభుత్వ ఆస్తులు మాయమవుతాయి. వారి కుటుంబ ఆస్తులు పెరుగుతాయి. ఇది యాదృచ్ఛికం కాదు, ఒక పరిపాటిగా జరిగిపోతుంది.

చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు, నారా లోకేష్‌లు తమ పాలనను ఒక రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ వ్యాపారంగా మార్చేశారనడంలో ఎలాంటి సందేహం లేదు.

As very clearly indicated in the Forbes news item, the Andhra Pradesh lead pertains only to investment announcement and not to actual flow of capital. It is only based on proposals that may or may not translate into reality. However, as against this, Andhra Pradesh stood 1st in Manufacturing sector GVA growth and Industry sector GVA growth in South India, during 2019-24 owing to the transformative policies of the YSRCP Government. This amply exposes the lies of the TDP over the years, when they alleged that the brand AP was destroyed during 2019-24. These facts very clearly convey that TDP relies on proposals and announcement for publicity gains, but YSRCP works towards real growth and does not care for credit.
