Don’t worry guys.
It’s totally normal for the no-name candidate deep in 3rd place to give a tear-filled concession speech on election night and then miraculously receive almost every Democrat vote in the 2 weeks after the election to defeat the most charismatic Republican candidate in decades.
Just another “safe and secure” election in LA.
If what’s happening in California doesn’t light a fire under Senate Republicans to pass the SAVE Act, I don’t know what will.🔥
Same-day voter registration.
Universal mail ballots.
Chaos in counting.
Weeks for final results.
Sometimes events create clarity.
This certainly feels like one of those moments.
Get going. 🇺🇸

...The irony is that the man who would fight for the right of these protesters to engage in such speech, including the "obnoxious" speech called for by one speaker, was Charlie Kirk. https://t.co/QNpgRxipCw
Happy Sunday…! Let’s talk about being a “true friend”.
Our culture tells us we must choose between love and truth.
God says otherwise…
Jesus was full of grace AND truth. (John 1:14)
Not grace instead of truth.
Not truth instead of grace.
But both.
Read that again:
BOTH…
Some people sacrifice truth in order to appear loving. Others sacrifice love in order to defend truth.
Both miss the HEART of Christ.
Love without truth becomes mere sentimentality. And truth without love can become harsh.
Christianity calls us to something HIGHER.
We are dealing with ETERNAL SOULS.
This isn’t high school.
This isn’t a popularity contest.
This isn’t about applause from the crowd.
NOT if you truly love a friend…
One day we will stand before God and give an account. (Romans 14:12; 2 Corinthians 5:10)
Not for how popular we were.
But for whether we were faithful.
Faithful enough to love people.
Faithful enough to tell the truth.
And humble enough to receive the truth OURSELVES.
(And yes we must regularly examine ourselves, too).
Are you a true friend to someone?
“Speaking the truth in love…” (Ephesians 4:15)
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” — John 3:16 (NKJV)
On this day in 2004, President Ronald Reagan passed away at 93.
He died at his home in Bel Air, California, from pneumonia, which was a complication brought on by his decade-long battle with Alzheimer's disease.
In President Reagan’s letter to the public announcing his Alzheimer’s diagnosis, he wrote, “In closing let me thank you, the American people, for giving me the great honor of allowing me to serve as your President. When the Lord calls me home, whenever that may be, I will leave with the greatest love for this country of ours and eternal optimism for its future.”
🚨THEY MISSED THE REVOLUTION🚨
(op/ed by Dwayne Bohac)
Susan Collins.
Lisa Murkowski.
Mitch McConnell.
Thom Tillis.
These four missed it on yesterday’s SAVE Act vote.
Americans want election integrity. Americans deserve election integrity. And Americans deserve confidence that every legal vote counts—and ONLY legal votes count.
But the bigger question is this:
How did we get here?
Allow me to opine…
Most commentators will focus on the vote itself.
I think they’re missing the larger story.
For most of American history, politicians answered UPWARD.
To party leaders.
To newspaper editors.
To television networks.
To donors.
To institutions.
Yes, the voters mattered… B U T the gatekeepers mattered MORE.
Then something changed:
The internet happened.
Social media happened.
Citizen journalism happened.
And for the first time in history, ordinary Americans acquired their own PRINTING PRESS.
Today a voter can read the bill.
Watch the hearing.
Review the vote.
Fact-check the politician.
Challenge the narrative.
And publish his conclusions to thousands of people before dinner.🙌
The gatekeepers LOST the gate.
The voters gained a VOICE.
And accountability changed FOREVER.
(Or at least it should have…).
Yet many politicians still operate according to an OLD set of incentives.
Their instincts were formed when institutional approval mattered more than voter approval.
Read that again.
Their instincts were formed when institutional approval mattered more than voter approval.
Their careers were built when INFORMATION flowed through gatekeepers.
Their power came from the institution.
Today’s political ENERGY comes directly from the people.
That’s why so many voters feel disconnected from Washington.
The issue isn’t merely election integrity.
The issue is REPRESENTATION:
Who are elected officials listening to?
The voters?
OR the institutions?
That’s the TENSION behind so many political fights today.
The grassroots sees urgency.
Washington sees procedure.
The grassroots sees promises.
Washington sees process.
The grassroots sees accountability.
Washington sees management.
And every so often, a vote comes along that exposes the divide for EVERYONE to see.
Yesterday was one of those votes.
The four senators are not the story.
They are the flashpoint.
The real story is that the CITIZEN JOURNALIST revolution changed politics forever, and some politicians still haven’t adjusted to the new reality.
The customer changed.
The voter is now the customer.
Not the newspaper.
Not the donor.
Not the lobbyist.
Not the Senate.
THE VOTER…🎯
The voters got a printing press. Some politicians recognized the revolution. Others missed it.
And every election since has been a referendum on who understands this NEW REALITY—and who doesn’t.
