I have booked a hotel through Cleartrip for 20th April .

Upon reaching the hotel , I came to know that there were some communication gaps between cleartrip and hotel and as a result no rooms are available.

As per RBI guidelines on delayed transaction reversals and customer compensation, I expect the amount to be credited without further delay. In case the amount is not credited asap, I request compensation as applicable under RBI regulations along with the principal amount.
