@jaymart222 Agreed these policies make no sense,so how do we do something to change them? Feels like we are outnumbered and so no progress is actually made. Banks fail, owners leave NY, housing suffers- why can’t we make a dent in these laws and find a middle ground that makes sense for all?

@realEstateTrent Not sure I agree with this- if you make the right investments based on sector/geography or supply/demand you will outperform (think sunbelt multi the last few years) and if you make the wrong decisions (think office) you will underperform.
