When #COVID19 mitigation efforts began, Pennsylvania Correctional Industries set out to make 150,000-200,000 masks to help staff and inmates.
On Tuesday, PCI shipped it’s 300,000th mask!
These masks will support county jails, state veterans homes and state employees across PA.
The DOC is extending the suspension of visits through April 10. In lieu of visits, the DOC has implemented:

The DOC is launching a new video visitation program to let inmates visit with family members while in-person visits are suspended. Inmates can hold video visits with authorized visitors by using the video visitation terminals in each facility while visitors visit from home.
To help families stay connected during the suspension of visits, inmates can now utilize:
